Ather from Cosmopolitan was very knowledgable and explained everything to me as he was doing it. Very professional, would definately use him again. He was did take his time while servicing my AC

Ather was fantastic. He arrived on time as scheduled, and called 30 minutes in advance to make sure that I was available. He also had me lower the temp in the house ahead of time to save us both some time waiting for the AC to really get going. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. He gave me some helpful tips on maintaining my AC, humidifier and furnace (i.e. Adding vinegar to the water lines heading to the drains). I feel that he also went above and beyond, by taking the time to change my furnace filter since he saw that it needed it. Overall I was very impressed with Ather's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and the high quality of the work that he did for my AC maintenance. I have been very satisfied with Cosmopolitan Mechanical since they installed my AC last summer.

Its been two years now and everything is perfect I contacted 5 top HVAC firms from HomeStars to get quotes for a new furnace and AC. I then narrowed it down to the following Lennox equipment: LENNOX XC14 2.5 Ton, LENNOX EL29690V, LENNOX MERV 11 Filter, LENNOX HCWB 17 Humidifier, LENNOX WIFI Thermostat from three Lennox contractors. SHAN from Cosmopolitan was by far the most technically knowledgeable, an educated engineer, with many years of experience, he was also very accurate, professional, friendly, meeting all of our needs and had prompt followup on all of our questions and requests even late at night. He matched the lowest price and given the confidence and service levels from Cosmopolitan the choice was easy for us. Fred our installer showed up on time and did a very good job on the installation which had a few unique layout challenges. They were very careful in the home to lay down drop sheets and clean up everything when done. They answered all of our questions and checked with us on every step of the install to ensure we would be OK with how it was done from a visual, piping and overall layout. Shad came by during the install to ensure all was going well and we were happy. I must say that Fred's installs are second to none, the ducting is perfect and he takes great care and pride to install in the most efficient way. I would recommend them both to everyone!

Ather did an inspection on our air conditioner system today. Our unit outside sparkles. He is very polite and has great information about safety in the home with respect to carbon monoxide detectors. I would call him again with any concerns.

The whole experience was top notch. Right from the start, Steve was a true professional. He was punctual, attentive and polite. He laid out all our options and explained everything. He does not try to oversell or overwhelm you with any extras. In the end, we agreed on a Lennox AC (model XC14) for our home. The price was just right for the quality of unit we were purchasing….factoring in the rebate from the province (OPA)…the AC unit was very reasonable compared to other makes and models we researched. On top of everything, the technicians (Todd and Kyle) were first-rate. Professional, efficient and very capable. On installation day, they arrived on time and were done in about 2 hours. The A/C was up and running before noon. In the end, we were so pleased with our experience that we had to let everyone know that COSMOPOLITAN Mechanical Services Inc. were the right choice for us and any homeowner looking for great service and product.

Had my air conditioner service performed by Cosmopolitan this week and I was very satisfied with the high level of service provided by the technician Ather. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about servicing the AC. I would not hesitate to recommend Ather or Cosmopolitan to my family and friends should they have cooling and heating needs.

Ather Hasan came by for the annual service on both units. Firstly, he called ahead with an hour's notice, which was much appreciated. Secondly, he was on time and very professional from the moment he arrived. Most importantly, he was thorough, didn't try to tack on any "extras", and gave some good pointers on things I can do myself to help prolong the life of these expensive units. Top notch service!

I had furnace installed by Fred at my house located in Toronto. The workmanship was very neat and clean. We would use Fred and his installation partner for any heating and cooling work. We are satisfied with the work.
