    New Amana distinction Furnace

    After receiving service from this company we would say job well done. Ej was very polite and professional. He suggested us very quite furnace. Amana furnace was installed next day. Technician Fred was very knowledgeable. His work was very neat and clean. great job.

    New Furnace, AC, Humidifier, and Water Heater

    I think the team did a great job with the installation at a great price (multistage furnace, 2 ton AC, 50gallon WH). The installation team (Todd and Kyle) were really great and efficient. A bulkhead needed to be opened up to run some new venting and they did it with just 2 small openings. I thought there would be a lot more of a mess. Equipment is running very well and I have no complaints.

    Furnace Maintenance & New Humidifier

    We decided to get our furnace checked out for the first time since moving in a few years ago. After researching on Homestars we chose Cosmopolian based on the great reviews and were glad we did. Hasan and team came over quickly to take a look at our furnace and spent time explaining what they were doing and how to look after it regularly, which we appreciated. Our humidifier wasn't working and we decided to have them repair it as well. They came back the next afternoon and worked for over 3+ hours to install it. It turned out that a larger sized humidifier had been loaded in their van, which would have cost more but they didn't charge us for the difference. Overall, they were knowledgeable, prompt, thorough & clean (rolled out a red carpet to protect our floors). We'd recommend them to friends and family looking for heating services. Thanks again guys!

    Vent Repair

    Our furnace got red tag from Enbridge. The person who installed the venting did not do to work properly. Guys from cosmopolitan came to our house and gave us the quote. He hired them to do the work. They have completed the work next day. We work was great. we are happy

    Furnace Tune-up

    Hasan Ather conducted the furnace tune-up, on-time, efficiently and was very professional. He was very tidy and explained everything that he was doing so that I would understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Hasan!

    York Furnace

    Great work done by cosmopolitan service people. Installer Fred finished the work on time and furnace is very quite and running well. we thank Steve for suggesting such a nice product to us. We are satisfied with company service. We will use next years to installed new air Conditioner at our house.

    Furnace, A/C and Humidifier maintenance

    We chose Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services this year again for our annual maintenance service for Furnace, A/C and Humidifier, the latter two purchased from them two years ago. The service technician was a Hasan Ather. It was good to see a familiar face, as I recall he showed high commitment to his job last year, as well as a friendly person. He was also very professional in explaining in detail how these appliances operate and how to take good care of them at home.

    Furnace repair

    This is the second time I have used Cosmopolitan for my furnace repair and once again, I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Hassan Ather, the technician I requested, is a true professional - he's punctual, friendly and reliable. He also seems to know everything about furnaces and is more than willing to teach you! They made the process of maintaining my 12-year old furnace very easy. Many thanks to Cosmopolitan and Ather - I won't hesitate to call again.

    Duct cleaning and furnace inspection

    We had Cosmopolitan clean our ducts and inspect our furnace. Both technicians were very pleasant and professional. Communication was excellent, and they kept me informed of their ETA so that the work was performed in the scheduled window. Thanks to Clive for the cleaning and Hasan with his magic touch with our furnace.

    Furnace and air conditioner installation

    Our furnace broke down on a holiday in the middle of winter, but Cosmopolitan came to the rescue! The salesman arrived first thing in the morning, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options and answering all our questions. We decided to replace the air conditioner at the same time as it was near the end of its life anyway. The installers arrived a couple of hours later and worked tirelessly all day until both units were fully installed and operational. They were very clean, courteous and professional. We were very pleased with their services. Hasan, who now performs the yearly maintenance for both units, is always on time and does an excellent job. He goes out of his way to diagnose the problems and ensure that all our concerns are addressed. Cosmopolitan and Hasan really turned our furnace breaking in the middle of the winter into a truly positive experience! Thank you and we are already recommending their services to our family and friends.
