    Annual Maintenance

    Cosmopolitan installed our high efficiency furnace 2.5 years ago and has now performed 2 annual maintenance checks. All services were completed with professionalism and any questions I had were answered promptly. As others have mentioned, Mr. Hasan Ather is very courteous and professional, and was happy to see that he provided the furnace maintenance both years now. I hope to see him for future checks.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned after having renovations completed in our home in October. Sam was amazing as we had to cancel and reschedule our appointment several times due to the renos taking longer than anticipated. The work was done quickly and we would be very happy to hire Comopolitan Mechanical again for future jobs. Great work to everyone including the duct cleaning and furnace technician!

    Furnace + A/C maint.

    We are loyal Cosmopolitan maintenance customers, and consistently delighted with Mr. Hasan Ather as our key service specialist. We had Cosmopolitan take over our new Lennox home furnace warranty when we bought the house in 2010, and also had Lennox A/C installed by Cosmo (by Mr. Fahim Ijaz) the next spring. We use CMS every year for furnace and A/C maintenance, and I appreciate Hasan's customer friendly approach, technical expertise (I'm an engineer myself), and always helpful recommendations. Great prices, thoughtful service - I even recommended CMS to install A/C in my mom's new home! Thank you CMS, and see you again soon.

    Lennox Furnace

    I was a positive experience when cosmo installed a brand new lennox high efficiency furnace at our house. The furnace is 98 percent efficient and is very quite. it is smaller than my older furnace. it is also very qiuit. installat was done in a professional manner by fred and his helper.

    Annual Maintenance

    My HVAC was installed by Cosmopolitan few years ago and they take care of the annual maintenance as well. Mr. Hasan Ather arrived on time with his usual smile. He did a thorough job of checking each and every thing involved in the annual maintenance. All along he was also educating me on how to take care of some of the basic things of the HVAC. He left the place clean and tidy. I am absolutely satisfied so far. Would highly recommend Mr. Ather and by extension Cosmopolitan.

    Furnace cleaning in Pickering

    We had our furnace and AC installed by Cosmopolitain Mechanical Services a year ago. They were very professional, so we naturally called them again for the maintenance. The technician, Mr. Hasan Hather, first called me to re-confirm the appointment and showed up on time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very meticulous. Guess who I will call next Spring to service my AC? Mr. Hather again!

    Furnace sale and maintenance

    New Water Heater

    I had a brand new power-vented water heated installed in Sept, so far so good. I went on vacation for 10 days, and came back to some pretty chilly weather. I checked my furnace and my furnace wasn't firing up. So I called my furnace guy and he came only to find that the folks who installed my water heater forgot to turn the gas on to my furnace. Of course I was upset, but gave Cosmopolitan the benefit of the doubt (and you know what, everyone makes mistakes). Cosmopolitan couriered me a cheque to cover the $120 :)

    AMANA FURNACE INSTALLATION

    I KNOW COSMOPOLITAN FOR LAST SEVEN YEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY FATHER HOUSE FURNACE FOR YEARS. MY FATHER IS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. SO WE GOT OUR FURNACE INSTALLED BY THEM. WE CAN SAY THAT THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. FURNACE IS WORKING WELL AND IT IS VERY QUITE. QUALITY WORK.

    Servicing Furnace

    I'd used Cosmopolitan before, and couldn't have been more happy with their service, so I contacted them again to service my furnace. Rafi was extremely polite and professional, called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, and did an amazing job of checking our furnace while explaining everything he was doing and how everything worked. Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with when booking our appointment. I couldn't recommend this company more.
