    Furnace & AC Maintenance

    I chose Cosmopolitan based on the consistently great reviews they receive on Homestars and now I am happy to be able to join a long list of very satisfied customers. I was able to make an appointment quickly at a time that was convenient for me. Rafi and Mansoor performed the maintenance on both my air conditioner and furnace. Very professional, courteous and friendly. They, did a thorough job, explained their process, answered my questions and offered me information and helpful advice without trying to upsell anything to me (can't tell you how much that was appreciated!). I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

    Service

    My ongoing experience with this company maintains their track record for excellence. The original furnace install was quick and professional, and the recent follow up service from Hasan was thorough and on time. As an engineer, it was a pleasure to see a well trained, highly knowledgable technician at work. Hasan clearly cares about what he's doing.

    New Furnace

    The blower of my old mid efficiency furnace was crashed in summer and although the A/C was working fine but due to blower of furnace, we couldn't turn on the A/C. I decided to purchase a new high efficient furnace instead of fixing the old one. I got many quotes from many small and big companies. Many sales persons came to my house and gave me different quotes. Finally, I decided to work with a well-known company which has good reviews and many people have had good experience with it. "Khurram Zaki", sales person, from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. came to my house and explained all different options that I had, patiently and kindly. Khurram made all required arrangements so that my furnace was installed in the very short time with the best expertise and professionalism. The price was reasonable for the unit that I had selected. I had been even given 60% higher than what Khurram gave me from other company for same unit. Khurram, Thank you so much for all the efforts that you put to get my job done. All the best for you.

    Air Conditioner

    Amazing work done by Tod and his helper. They installed new Air conditioner in our house. We had a lot of issue with the older air conditioner. Our older air conditioner was leaking lot of water in our furnace. After the installation of new Air Conditioner our problem got solved. No more water leakage in our furnace. In fact, our old coil was very rusty. So we got new coil too.

    Service

    Just had my furnace and AC serviced by Cosmopolitan technician Hasan Ather. Must commend him on his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to explain how the units work and the importance of ongoing maintenance. I give him a 10 out of 10.

    AC installation

    I installed AC to Fahim-Cosmopolitan Services, the installation was excellent and i have no issue. I appreciated Fahim services. AC is working fine. He installed AC in very professional way and work as like true professional and delivered excelleb=nt product. thanks

    AC Maintenance and Cleaning

    Hasan Ather completed my AC maintenace on August 24, 2013. He was very professional in nature and was also very knowledgable on the furnace and air conditioner. The maintenance was completed efficiently and he was effective in explaining the processes that were being carried out. Would not hesistate to recommend Hasan or Cosmopolitan to friends and family.

    Furnace inspection and duct cleaning

    Hasan came to inspect, clean and make sure my furnace was running smoothly. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough. Cleveton came shortly after to do the duct cleaning and he was very efficient, quick and professional. I will definitely stick with Cosmopoliton for all my heat/air needs! Y and the furnace he was very knowledgable and thorough withe the cleaning and clean my furnace, and maintain and my filter clean. Then Cleve came to do theduct cleaning, he was very efficient, quick and thorough

    Service

    Just had my air conditioning serviced and have got to mention the professionalism shown by Cosmopolitan technician Hasan Ather. He explained how the unit works and the importance of each maintenance activity that was being actioned in a clear and courteous manner. Great service worthy of recommendation.

    Heating Cooling and Tankless Water Heater

    We just had our regular annual service for our air conditioner, furnace, tankless water heater and air purifier that we purchased from Cosmopolitan. Hasan Ather was the service technician this time. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He gave excellent explanations of what he was doing and how the system works as I like to know these things. His patience with me as he explained was refreshing. I was very much impressed by his work ethic and his pride in his workmanship which is hard to find these days. He phoned to let me know exactly when he was coming and turned up at exactly that time, It is nice to see that service is valued by this company and by Hasan in particular! I would recommend Hasan and Cosmopolitan to anyone anytime. Hasan if you see this thanks so much.
