    Thank You, 11/10 Rating for CMS!

    We recently moved into a new house, and I was debating on which contractor to choose for the job needed to be done at my place, and I had 3 contractors in mind based on friend referrals, homestars and other forums. It was apparent that homeowners on Homestars seemed pretty satisfied; and with 500+ postive reviews, i seemed pretty convinced. I was down to go look at their showroom/warehouse on royal windsor drive. I had to visit their place ( i actually visited their showroom/warehouse 3 times before deciding to give them my business :) ). Their store was quite far from where I live but with 500+ positive reviews, I had to at least check them out. Man! i gotta say Cosmopolitan has a huge and well organized office/showroom/warehouse, with a great team and large inventory in the back:) They had really nice people who very honest, knowledgeable, willing to work with my budget, patient and gave helpful advice and opinions. They placed great importance on providing exceptional customer service and were very professional in how they conduct their business. Afterall, I had chosen Cosmopolitan Mechanical for the job at my home, and was happy to give them my business. I ended up buying an Lennox comfort system from them (inc. furnace and air-conditioner), along with a humidifier, and the iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat. The installers/contractors were friendly hardworking guys who took their time to make assure everything was perfect as well as perfecting and levelling the concrete subfloor to install the air conditioner outside. They made sure that everything was satisfactory, cleaned up (parts of packaging and dust during the installation), and took away all the garbage. I am very proud with the job they did and would like to give them a token of appreciation from a 10 rating on Homestars.com.

    Furnace

    Very clean job was done by cosmopolitan Mech Ser installer. we are very proud to say that these people are very reliable. We found them through home stars web site. Good job guys. Will call you again for other services. Furnace is working great.

    Amana Gas furnace AMVM

    Over all services of Cosmopolitan in installing my furnace was great! salesman Khurram Zaki offered a good price. The technicians were skilled. Specially the two guys, Mr. Dave and Fred, they were so diligent and dedicated to their work through out. I would highly recommend their work.

    Easy Recommendation to Family, Friends, and Homeowners :)

    I have lived in my home for 4 years and Cosmopolitan Mechanical is by far the best company I have dealt with. They have top of the line staff, service, and products; I am a proud and a very satisfied customer! I came across CosmopolitanMS and I wanted to take a couple of minutes to write to all to say that it was great to deal with an company who understands and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Their work was clean, quick and efficient. When they were at my place they never tried to "sell", but more consult on what the best options for your home. We have never had a problem ever since. With the climate wanting to soar to - x with our family, all you'll want is a summer heat wave or a winter snow storm keep up furnace runnings. Cosmopolitan Mechanical was definitely the right company, and is an easy recommendation to my family and friends.

    New Furnace and A/C

    We hired Cosmopolitan to install a new high efficiency variable-speed furnace (Lennox G61V), central air conditioner (Lennox XC13), thermostat (ComfortSense 5000), and central humidifier (Lennox HCWB). Their central dispatch sent a representative (Shan) out to assess and quote our work within one day. He provided great customer service – answered all of our questions, provided links to on-line information about their products (Lennox and Amana), and provided helpful advice to distinguish valuable features from unnecessary extras. Installation was scheduled within one week, which included time to prepare custom sheet metal. The installation crew was also great – they removed the old furnace and had all of the new equipment installed in one day. The connections and supply/return lines were neatly installed, and their clean-up was excellent. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Cosmopolitan.

    New air conditioner

    We had our A/C installed in the summer and it worked like a charm. When they came to give us a quote he told us our furance was fine and didn't need to be replaced. The price was reasonable, workers came on time and really knew what they were doing and make sure to keep everything clean.

    Extremely Satisfied

    I have experienced the great work of Cosmopolitan at my home. They managed to perform a clean job, and were very punctual and respective at the same time. I would definitely suggest them to everyone.

    Lennox SLP 98 Modulating Furnace

    I am using this brand for the last 18 months. It is a real energy saving product. I got a considerable amount of cash to save on my monthly utility bills now. Though I initially felt a bit unwilling to have it because of its comparatively high market price compare to double stage and single stage Lennox furnace, but it has paid me back now as I am saving a pretty good amount on my bills. Salesman Khuram Zack was knowledgeable, cooperative and very patient with my questions. Installers were efficient and rebates were processed in time. I had a real problem with my old furnace- it was quite inefficient and wasteful. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend the services and products offered by Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. Plus + . ask for Khuram Zack if you are looking for best and discounted deal.

    duct cleaning

    Money well spent...punctual timeing, great cost for service, very clean working enviroment....proffetional work performed...what a difference this service made in my house....i wish i had done this a long time ago...i highly recomend this company ...u will not be disappointed...
