    furnace installation

    Contact and installation was prompt and professional. Seemed very eager to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Installers were pleasant and fairly clean. Showed up exactly at time specified. \price was excellent----found them through and online special price. They did try to sell me other products but were not pushy.

    Lennox Furnace

    We called cosmopolitan after we found out that our 30 years old furnace is not working. They answered our call quickly and gave us an immediate feedback for what may need to be done. Sales person Raza came to our house and set up the installation date for new furnace installation. They installed the new furnace next day. We are happy with there work

    Modulating Furnace

    I was referred to cosmopolitan’s services by my friend, Michael, when I asked him for a furnace. He got his contract with this company and is satisfied. What I liked about Cosmopolitan the most was they do not rush to sell their products off. The adviser Khurram Zaki came to my house to do give me quotes. He put many alternative options of brands that I could choose from, at various prices and rates. Now I am using a modulating furnace that I bought from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and I am very happy with it.

    Very Caring & High Quality Services

    My husband had just come home from the hospital when we found the furnace had broken and it was a unbearable cold windy night. It was Friday and we called other companies we had dealt with in the past, no one wanted to come out until Monday morning as we had did have a contract with them. But someone from Cosmopolitan Mechanical answered the phone and a technician came out and repaired our furnace within 2 hours. Job well done thank you. Service man was excellent, would highly recommend them to others.

    air duct cleaning

    We were overdue for cleaning our air ducts. Looking at home stars, we saw that Cosmopolitan Mechanical services had good review. We called them up and they were very courteous and friendly. They came and did a good job. We are very satisfied.

    SLP Modulating Furnace 98% percent Efficient.

    My experience of Cosmopolitan is good. I used their Services for my furnace annual maintenance for the past 6 years. Recently my old furnace break down and and based on my past experience with them I went for a replacement of new SLP 298 Modulating furnace. Khurram Zaki showed many brands and I selected SLP 98 furnace that is 65 stage modulating furnace . the top of the line in terms of advanced technology. Prices and workman ship is very good but they also have a flexible terms of financing options where there is no payment at till March 2014.which helps a lot I am very satisfied with Cosmopolitan.

    installation of a air conditioning unit

    This company was very professional from the very beginning to the end. The did what they said they were going to do. They arrived on time and completed the joy in the alotted time frame. There were no problems encountered with the installation and the workers involved were are polite, knowledgeable and reliable. Would not hesitate to refer this company to any of my friends.     New boiler and tank installation

    My initial review for this company was positive. However, any good that was established with the initial installation was reversed with the horrendous customer service experience that I had with them after problems began to arise with a leak in the boiler exhaust pipe. The problem occurred a long while back (2012ish) within a year of the installation date of the system. They had someone come down to take a look and that person told me that it was no problem and that they would take care of it "next week". That day never came. Instead I entered a bottomless ordeal with customer service reps that seemed to care more about shifting responsibility than to deal with their faulty installation. A MONTH GOES BY. I spoke with at least 4 different reps at different times and on the last occasion (5TH interaction) spoke with one of the managers that tried to claim that the leaking issue was no longer covered under warranty BECAUSE IT WAS NOW CONVENIENTLY OUT OF THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT OF THE WARRANTY. It was a heated and extremely frustrating discussion. So much so that I could no longer imagine a productive relationship with these people and decided to change companies. This is the very abbreviated version of the events that took place. Even recalling the experience now six years later is very undesirable and thus I will leave it as is. Happening upon the good review I once wrote. I cannot in good conscience leave it the way it was. And now that it is corrected, I will now go back to blocking that memory from my reality. Hope this helps someone.

    Amana AC

    We know cosmopolitan for last 5 years. They have installed brand new high efficiency furnace at out house. This years we needed a new ac. our old ac was not cooling properly. Sales person name Raza came to our house and showed us many brands of air conditioners. We chose Amana ac. The Amana AC is very quite. we are happy with there work.
