    Lennox Furnace Purchase and Installation

    Paul Sushobhan, the Sales Assc. was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Kevin booked my appointment within 24 hours and in 48 hours my new furnace was installed. The installation was performed by Greg and his associate and was well done. I encountered a problem the next day but it was caused by my air conditioner and Greg quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Paul returned about one week later to check everything and make sure the installation and the furnace was in good working order. Kevin and I then reviewed my contract and made some minor adjustments. I am very satisfied with the service, the product, and the professionalism of this company and expect my relationship in the future with Cosmopolitan and their associates to be positive and long lasting. Thank you Paul, Kevin, and Greg for a great experience and product.

    Furnace

    Had this company come over to my house and give me a quote for a new furnace. I am very satisfied with this company, and wont hesitate to use them again.

    Annual Maintenance Service

    I have been using this company since 2008. All the staff @ Cosmopolitan MS are very responsive. I had a great experience with them in these years from salesperson to technician; everyone is extremely knowledgeable and well mannered. Their technicians always show up on time for the yearly maintenance. Steve in the office is always ready to answer your questions about billing. I will continue using these professionals and will recommend them to everyone.

    A/C Install

    Setup a meeting with Khurram and he arrived on time. He was very upfront about the products, service, and pricing for a A/C install. Fred arrived with his partner on the installation day and worked quickly to get the system up and running. The unit worked great and the team cleaned up their working areas. Just received the energy incentive cheque and could not be happier with the service from the Cosmopolitan team.

    furnace

    Just had a brand new amana furnace installed by fred and his partner from cosmopolitan mechanical services inc. these guyes are very hard working and polite. they also put a new humidifer and filter at our house. We are satisfied with there work.

    New Furnace

    I have called cosmopolitan mechanical services to install new furnace at our house. We are very pleased to say that they have done a very professional work at our house. There installer Greg and Dave came on time to do the work. they explained everything clearly to us. They answered all our questions. They finished the work on time. our new furnace is working great. We will definetly recommend this compnay to everyone. keep up the good work guys.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioning

    Being new to Canada, we were not sure which company to approach for installing a new furnace and a/c for the house that we recently purchased. The old ones were more than 20 years old. We searched Homestars and approached Cosmopolitan and three other companies. We had nice experiences with all of them. But Paul from Cosmopolitan was a real professional. He explained in detail what could be the possibilities, why he was suggesting a particular company's product and model and how it would suit our budget and requirement. The one thing that differentiated him was that he did not talk negative about any other company. In fact, he was more focused on his company’s strengths. The other sales people were more focused on pulling down other companies. Paul, you really have a good heart. The installation team was great. Greg and Mike were excellent and extremely professional. When there was an issue regarding the path the new venting should take, Greg explained the various possibilities and each was taking care that our finished basement look was not affected. They were on time and cleaned up completely afterwards. If you are looking for quality work at reasonable prices, you must contact Cosmopolitan.

    Variable Stage Elite Furnace 16.5 Seer A/C, Programable Thermostat & a New Gas Line

    In May we shopped around for gas furnace because our old furnace was dated and was electric. In winters our heating bill used to soar to the sky. We thought summer would be good time to get better deal for off season product. However with AC, it was a different story. AC was old and very noisy but working fine. Our only concern was noise and high electric bill. Sales man KHURRAM ZAKI of cosmopolitan was very knowledgable with product and price. He showed us so many models alone for furnaces and in the forms of combos (Furnace, AC -supersize it with top of the line thermostat- as he calls them )and recommend one top of the line combo for us. He suggested us to go with an entire set that is LENNOX elite two stage variable furnace and elite 16.5 Seer AC with WIFI thermostat. "Why this Elite Series Combo. Furnace make sense as it is very reasonably priced, 98 percent efficient and desperately needed but why AC? " I asked. "Especially considering high season price". "That is why" he told us. 1). Different rebates and discount on this particular combination will make the price almost half of this already very reasonable priced high end 16.5 SEER rating. .(EVEN IN THAT HIGH AC SEASON). 2). it would be extremely energy efficient than our last AC that looked like barbecue machine. 3). New machines are ultra silent because of law sound decibel ratings and that was not the case with our old equipment. 4), From arranging gas lines to applying for rebate his office will do every thing. That magnificent price of a very high end AC was enticing and made us gamble. End result: Our gamble was a royal flash. Apart from price deal, Our electric bill of july and August 2012 is 50 percent lower than last july and August 2011 bill. Furnace is also awesome yet it is still to be tested in coming winter. It is small in size amd 98 percent efficient. Installers showed real good skills and workmanship. Immaculate job. they took half the day but done well. Our last furnace door was facing the wall and it used to be very difficult to open it. I requested them to change the direction of furnace which they gladly obliged. For that they had to redesign the boot and duct work.

    New Lennox Furnace

    This summer we decided to up grade our mid efficiency to high efficiency furnace. Our friends told us about he cosmopolitan mechanical services inc. We call the company and they installed the new lennox furnace in very reasonable price. very satisfied with the work.
