    Good Maintenance Services

    We had some bad experiences in the past from the HVAC contractors and were desperately looking for the professionals who can take care of our heating and cooling equipment. One of our friend recommended Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services to us because he was using this company from a couple of years back. We called them to have our air conditioner and furnace last time. The technician showed up on time. He was professional, friendly and worked carefully. After having my air conditioner maintained he explained how to keep my equipment running smoothly. I will definitely use his services again for my furnace maintenance.

    Air conditioning

    I am very proud with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. Their staff is very reliable, efficient and good at their work. I definitely recommend such services to all homeowners looking to work their furnace and air conditioner needs.

    Furnace Replacement

    Recently got my old furnace replaced by cosmopolitan.There's no doubt that these guys are real professionals.Paul the sales adviser was very helpful & friendly.He helped me choose the right system for my house.Even the installation was done in an expert manner.Would surely recommend them to my friends.

    Grand Installation by Cosmopolitan Mechanical

    Cosmopolitan Mechanical escorted their well-established crew to install my new Lennox furnace, and air conditioning system. And let's say that when we experience the true work of "Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services", we can confidently say that your home is in the hands of the true professionals, and the great staff that can get the job done. When hiring a company there are two things that are essential for a job well done, and among them are clean installation and reliable workers. And Cosmopolitan Mechanical has lived up to my expectation. Furthermore, out of every quote I had received, the quote from Cosmopolitan Mechanical had standed out greatly. The package I was offered included a Lennox modulating furnace, 18  seer air conditioner, a Wi-Fi thermostat (which allows us to control the temperature of our home from online or via mobile device, which was really cool), and lastly a humidifier all for a competitive and acceptable price. The installers were very punctual and I had received great services from square one to the end. The rep. over the phone was very cooperative in coordinating with the team and along with the customer. Furthermore, i would like to acknowledge the nice recommendation and customer care khurram posed to me. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely recommend them to all the viewers and homeowners looking for a trusted, reliable, and reputed company. Thank You.

    Furnace

    Very satisfied with the work done by cosmopolitan mechanical service. They were very honest from the biginning. There installation was very quick and clean. We would recommend them to all our friends and family members. Thanks

    HVAC System

    Hasan was on time at my door for the annual maintenance. He did a perfect job and explained a lot of the new things that as a homeowner were very essential and caught a lot of things that enabled superior performance of our system. It does cost a bit much but overall we have always been happy with the service.

    AC & Furnace Install

    After seeing good reviews for Cosmopolitan I decided to have a new Lennox Signature Collection furnace & AC installed. The installation team showed up on time and covered the floors before removing the old units. An excellent job was done installing the new system and everything was cleaned after the work was complete. Thanks to Cosmopolitan for a great job and to Lennox for a furnace and AC that are remarkably quiet.

    Rinnai Tankless Water Heater sold by EJ

    In our family of 6 members, we were occasionally witnessing lacking hot water in our home. So we checked online, asked a few friends, and checked home-stars for a company that could come and address the issue. We considered the high rating and went with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services to come over and assist us. The sales person EJ had come over and had given us a great presentation on explaining why this was happening. He explained the most common reason for a regular water heater to run out of water too quickly was because it is incapable of supplying enough water for the number of people using it. A larger family would require a bigger water heater. A fewer gallon would work for a couple, but a family of 4 could use more gallons. For our family of 6 our water heater wasn't working out at all.. On the contrary EJ suggested us an option that could reduce our gas bill (heating water accounts for up to 30 percent of the average home's energy budge), and provide reliable water for everyone in the house to use. This product was a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. A tankless water heater is an energy efficient system which will heat water only when it is needed. And it terms of impacts on your bill, it is proven to hold up to 40% energy savings. Another advantage is it takes up less space. We considered all these factors of saving, less space, endless supply of hot water, and convenience and went with a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater installation the next day. The installation part of the job had turned out great. Installers we quick to pull out the old system, and bring in the new one. The installers did a clean job and had made sure the work area was spotless before heading out. I was very impressed with the procedure they used. At the end EJ inspected everything to make sure it was all perfect. And it was. I definately recommend this company, if your looking for a reliable and great customer experience.

    System Replaced. - Lennox XC17

    From the moment I walked into their showroom/warehouse, Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services had gone above and beyond all of my expectations. I was replacing just about my entire unit in my furnace room including the humidifier, a/c/ furnace and air purification system in my home. The staff were very patient and fully explained all of the various options/price-points available, and walked me through every detail of the process. The staff created an atmosphere that was incredibly casual & comfortable, yet professional. Their video online had also displayed a create professional layout ensuring me that I have chose the right company. I can be very detailed oriented, so I ask a LOT of questions. Khurram was always happy to help – friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They never made me feel like any of my concerns were silly and bothersome. One of the many wonderful things about working with Cosmopolitan Mechanical was that they were able to save alot of my time by talking over the phone or via email. I was grateful that I did not need to come into their office to schedule appointments or discuss concerns. This was incredibly convenient & fit easily into my schedule. All of the installers needed for this project were polite and incredibly skilled. For the few instances where they needed to ask me questions during installations, I found their questions to be very thoughtful & they always allowed me to make an informed decision about what would work/look best. My new Lennox XC17 system is working out great and i couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend such services.

    New Furnace Installation - Well Done

    I actually found Cosmopolitan Mechanical by accident and my only regret was not why i didn't find them earlier. We are extremely happy with the great service and workmanship Cosmopolitan Mechanical has provided for us. Paul and the installers were a lot of help and were ready to answer all my questions. Paul had showed us the different models, and proposed to us a system that was best for us and gave me a price that could not be beat. It was not only the price of the system but was also the service i received throughout. Although I had already committed to another company to perform the install the system prior to discovering Cosmopolitan, I have no doubt in my mind that Cosmopolitan would do a fantastic job as their ratings spoke volumes.
