    Great job!

    Cosmopolitan & their guys did a good job with my furnace, which was in a bad shape. I hadn't call any technician in years. I was happy with the work done & the options I was given. The time frame and cost was very reasonable. Will definitely suggest them to my friends.

    A/C Installation

    The service provided to us by Cosmopolitan was very good. We called to have our air conditioner installed, and had someone in to provide the estimate the same day, with the installation taking place the next afternoon. The guy who did the estimate was very professional and helpful. In addition, the gentleman who performed the installation worked well with the other contractors we had on site working on our home. Everything when very smoothly.

    Reliable & Trusted Services

    Yesterday i came back home late from my cottage to find out my air conditioner wasn't functioning at all... So I researched a HVAC company and checked Homestars to find someone that would come out to fix it that day. We contacted several (6) companies that we thought could get the job done, it happened to be that 3 never called us back and some companies were downright rude over the phone! A staff member picked up the phone from Cosmopolitan Mechanical gave suggestions on how to identify and rectify the problem. We scheduled an appointment with an 'expert' in furnace and air conditioning diagnoses from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and when he came, he worked with me on a plan on having reliable heating and cooling in my home. The technician had come on time, very mannered, and had identified and diagnosed the problem (Very professional). Quick and painless and now we have fresh and cool air in our house. And i can go on to say that when a company does a great job. It is important to encourage them to keep up the great work, and thats what im doing right now ;)

    Deserved to have five star rating!

    I have contacted Cosmopolitan through Homestars. Sales rep Khurram and the whole Cosmopolitan team were a pleasure to work with. They arrived right on time and did a great job They did a great installation. Overall we are very happy and satisfied. We would definitely recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical.

    Air-Flow Problem

    Our upper floor furthest room had practically very little air-flow from day one. We sought help from a number of HVAC contractors to resolve this chronic problem. Most of their sales persons (except Paul Sushobhan of Cosmopolitan) suggested for duct modification/replacement in the furnace room and included additional cost in their offers. We were totally convinced with Paul's elaborate explanation. Thanks to Cosmopolitan to provide the expertise of their professional sales and installation team. We're not only enjoying the improved air flow with the latest Lennox Elite series two-stage furnace (EL296V), but also saved some money towards unnecessary duct replacement (partial). We'll, without any hesitation, recommend Cosmopolitan to everyone who is looking for HVAC solutions!

    Super Sonic Central Air Conditioning Unit

    I have obtained quotes from several companies before deciding to go with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. Well, I am glad that I have made the right decision! From the presentation by Khurram at my home, with the installation done by 'Fred' and his team, and with Kevin at the office with the paperwork on rebates, it has been a very present experience for me. We moved into our house in August. When the temperature soared to 36 degrees; I turned on the air conditioning to discover that it sounded like an airplane taking off. I called several places and none of them would bother picking up the phone!!!! I read the reviews for Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services on HomeStars and called a representative at their 24/7 call base:) Khurram came over and had identified the problem and I decided to toss this air plane engine out the door and go for a new rough and tough Lennox system! Khurram had went through everything in detail making sure everything was clear and had proposed a system just according to my needs and current situation. The installers came early the next day and installed everything in less than 4 1/2 hours!! Fred really took his time to make sure everything is perfect. They crew cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks to Kevin who processed the paperwork for rebates, I have received a confirmation email from OPA, and I have just received the cheque from Lennox today. That's every thing with in a month. I called office to let them know and thank about it and Sales director EJAZ took a detailed survey of my level of satisfaction and this really proved me that they care about customers. He inquired about everybody involved in this job from Sales to installation to after sales Finally, I would like to thank Khurram, EJ, Fred and his team, and Kevin for doing a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company. As far as I am concerned, I have found the best home heating and cooling company and I will stay with them! Thank-you Home-Stars also for guiding them to me.

    Furnace Installation

    We found cosmopolitan mechanical services by google search. We researched and found that they are reputable people. We call them for the installation of furnace at our house. There installers were very professional. They did an excellent work at our house. they installed the furnace in about 6 hours. So far everything is great. I will highly recommend them to my friend circle.

    A Blast of Fresh Air (Lennox Unit)

    Currently i am working on finish my basement, and i've so far used Homestars for all the contractors i've hired so far. And so far everything has turned out great!! As a result I thought it be nice to replace my furnace since it gets harder to manoeuvre and track down ducts in finished basements, also to further finalize and adjust the ducts downstairs. I sought 3 quotes to replace my 7 year old HVAC system from 3 highly rated companies, which had a good reputation for quality and installation services. I had done a lot of research on all 3 companies, which had the product I was interested in. And I had found Lennox to be one of the toughest units out there so I went with Lennox G61 90K BTU Furnace. I chose Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services, and I found them to have a competitive quote, high rating, quality service, and were able to deliver services the next day. Fred and his assistant came on time, par schedule and gave me a few options on where I may want to install the unit. They were patient enough to answer my 50+ questions, and kept me posted throughout the process. Compared to the other installers I saw in my neighbourhood, I noticed the team at Cosmopolitan took their time and had insured that everything was done perfectly. After installing the unit they cleaned up the work area; Ready for the other contractors (plumber, electrician, e.t.c) to carry out their work.. I'm am very happy with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and will definitely use such services in the future.

    Well- Mannered Team / Staff

    Once again, yet another fantastic, and well mannered employee, Khurram Zaki. He was just excellent, and quite knowledgeable . He addressed all my questions, and my concerns about my air conditioning unit. He explained things so that I was able to understand how certain things are done, and what role compnents play in supplying reliable heating and cooling in our homes. Thank you Cosmopolitan Mechanical for hiring such a knowledgeable and well mannered staff.

    New HVAC Installation

    Ejaz did a good job in making sure we are satisfied with their service. He made follow ups after the technician installed our new HVAC. He did one of the inspections himself and sent another technician to take care of the things we were not happy with. You can't find anyone else with so much dedication to customer service.
