A/C install
Just moved into a new home during the heat wave and needed AC badly. Called Cosmopolitan based on the Homestars reviews and Raza came by (on time). He did all the measurements and recommended an appropriate sized unit. We booked the install date and the install guys came (on time). They worked quickly and quietly (considering they were drilling a hole in the house) and even replaced a missing cover on my furnace. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I had a couple questions about temperature changes between floors that Raza was great at answering and he told me what to ask the installers to do to help compensate. Unfortunately, the installers were not so good at listening (or explaining) and in the end I was directed to just close my basement vents. Aside from that minor communication piece the service was excellent. My only issue overall (and this is preference) was that I had a good experience with a Coleman AC unit and it looks as though Cosmopolitan only had Amana and Lennox. So I went with Lennox.

A/C Lennox
These guys are really great! Khurram helped us out picking the right product for our house. He was very professional and there was no pressure at all. We got the Lennox ACX-13 2.5 Ton for a very good price. Kuhrram followed up with us and ensured that we were happy with the product. The installation was quick and very clean. I would recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Service Inc. to anyone looking A/C. If you get Khurram to serve you then its your lucky day cause he will try to get you the best deal.

The work performed by Cosmopolitan Mechical Services was done as promised. Employees wer punctual, professional, courteous and knowledgable. Very satified with the overall experience!!! Would highly recommend to family and friends.

A/C AND FURNACE
We just moved into a home with no central a/c and was recommended to contact Cosmopolitan to contact Raza specifically for installation. Raza came by for a quote and brought his supervisor in as well for a 2nd opinion to install A/C, we also had to change our furnace (as quite old). We really appreciate his attention to detail to ensure we had the best option for our situation. Raza is very friendly and patient, he answered all our questions and gave us options. We will definitely be recommending Raza to our friends and family!!

A/C AND FURNACE
Met Asshad about a month ago, second of 3 quotes obtained. From the first few minutes I was comfortable and knew I could trust him. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and respectable of the work we wanted done. We wanted a new furnace and a/c but relocated against a wall to have more space in the basement. He was the only one that said they could do the job I wanted. Pricing was very reasonable,and easy to schedule with. Tech Patrick and Asif were excellent and did a great job. Again, very respectful of our home and family. Asshad followed up regularly on the job. We would recommend them easily to family and friends. Thanks!

Professional Service, Reasonable prices & Great Work
Sales rep Khuran arrived on time, quoted one price for Lenox Air conditioner, provided excellent and professional service. Their work is clean and efficient . Very friendly people to work with. Would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again any time.

Completely satisfied
We had quotes from multiple Heating and AC dealers. Sales Rep Zaki came to our house, he was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave us valuable suggestions & excellent price. The Installation crew did a clean job and tidy job. Completely satisfied with Cosmopolitan. Highly recommended…

100% Deserved to be Recommended
Cosmopolitan has installed a brand new Amana ASX16 two ton Ac at our house. We aleady had the furnace done by them few years ago. I would say the same thing which other people state in their reviews. ON TIME, POLITE, HELPFUL, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would defenitly suggest you guys to give Cosmopolitan Mechanical a chance, they will porove it to you. Keep up the good work EJ.

air conditioner not working
The technician came within several hours of my call on one of the hottest days of the year. He fixed the problem and explained how to maintain system. Quick response and excellent service. We were very pleased.

Lennox XC14 AC and EL296V Furnace Installation
Khurram Zaki of Cosmopolitan Mechanical came within hours of me calling the office and requesting a meeting. He was courteous, respectful, and has a no pressure sales approach which I found refreshing. He was thorough and detailed in his explanations of various combinations of furnace and Air conditioning units I could have. He patiently answered all my questions and ended up spending an hour and half with me. He crunched the numbers and in the end offered me great pricing on some excellent Lennox Elite equipment. It was not a difficult choice, I decided to go with Cosmopolitan. On the day of the job Greg and Mike showed up at 8am and worked 6 hours to efficiently and professionally install my new furnace and air conditioner. There were 2 small issues that happened. (The air conditioner condenser unit delivery was delayed and an issue with the ceiling) Both were addressed and remedied so I am satisfied with the outcome. Khurram called me during and after the job to ask me if I was happy with the work. He again called next morning just to be certain I was satisfied. The new XC14 is cooling perfectly and I have total confidence when winter comes the EL296V will perform heating duties equally as well. Its said the best install of the worst equipment will outlast and outperform the best equipment with the worst install. Fortunately, with Cosmopolitan Mechanical you get the best equipment along with a top notch installation. I will most certainly do business again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so on that note here are my 4.
