    If its off the charts.... It's Cosmopolitan

    When I say good service, it's Cosmopolitan. When I go on to say competitive prices, i'll think twice... And agree its Cosmopolitan. But when I say overpriced and not so good services, it just can't be Cosmopolitan but rather some other big name contractor that wants to be like Cosmopolitan :) Yesterday, I had been baffled by the job Cosmopolitan had done at my home. Incredible! And I can confidently say that this was my best contractor experience up till today. I myself had spent a lot of time with different contractors as I was working along with the construction of my new house. Thankfully my new house is complete, and my new lennox furnace is blasting off fresh air all over the house, while at the same time being as quiet as "pin drop silence", as promised. After reading many of these reviews i have no objections and have witnessed the true work of the Cosmopolitan team. There's no point in repeating myself since all the reviews support my experience, with no complaints and regrets, it all speaks for its self. All I can say they we're marvellous, from the second I picked up the phone ---to--- the time i was called at the end of the job by the representative to see if i was fully assured and satisfied with my new Lennox system. I highly recommend this company to everyone, and anyone that wants to stick to a good company that can get the job done. I definitely recommend this company to everyone looking for a furnace or  A/C system.

    Modulating Furnace and 18 Seer AC with I-Comfort Thermostat

    We had several quotes for replacing 20 years old furnace and 18 years old air conditioner . I wanted Modulating Furnace, and 18 Seer AC. Khurram Zaki came to my house. He was courteous, honest, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I liked the package that he offered. It came with an I-Comfort thermostat. The different kinds of rebates on this package could get me $1500 back. As much as i liked this package I still wanted to shop around. And that is where I really liked Khurram. He was the only person out of all the compatitor who was not pushy to seal the deal at the same day. Infact something he said was very strange and un-usual. When I told him that i still like to shop around, he fully agreed with me and said " You are buying expensive equipment. It is your not only your right but an obligation to shop around and find the best possible price. After doing our homework, we knew that Cosmopolitan rates are the best rates and Khurram Zaki left a very good impression. We decided to go with Cosmopolitan and we are glad we did a right decision. Installers were careful in bringing equipment to the basement and the back of the house. They protected our floors with fabric and worked diligently at completing the job. Between the job, chief technician Arshad Shaikh showed up and supervised the technician job.He gave me so many tips for saving energy efficiency and electric saving.Techs jobs were simply meticulous. Smooth metal work, wiring clipped safely, demonstration of new equipment and cleaning after jobs. Next Day Marketing Manager Mr. EJ called us and took the detail feed back. He inquired about our comfortibility and level of satisfaction for the whole procedures from the start. He inquired individually about Khurram if he had explained and showed us all the models. He inquired about installers if they demonstrated the product for us, took all the precautions i.e covering our floor and cleaning up after job and inquired about chief technician Arshad Shaikh if his arrival was helpful to us and I must say that clearly tells their involvement and commitment to the job. Thank you Cosmopolitan Team. You are great and I highly recommend your services to anybody who is looking to install AC or Furnace.

    Installation of new air conditioner.

    I had a few companies come out and quote for a new A/C installation at my house. Cosmopolitan seemed professional and very competitive with respect to the pricing, the product and the warranty that they provided. I decided to go with them, and I was very pleased with everything. Their installers were polite and efficient. The Lennox unit is performing great so far. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend them.

    Air Conditioner Repair & Refrigerant refilling

    I have 13 years old York brand air conditioner at my home which broke down on (Friday evening 29th of June). After searching some companies online I called few of them on the same night but no one was able to come at my house before Tuesday because of the long weekend. One of my relative recommended me to check Homestars.com and told me that I will find several heating and cooling companies on this website. Finally I logged into Homestars.com and called few top ranked companies some of them didn’t pick up my phone and others refused to send their technicians because of the long weekend (as expected). I then called Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. at 10am on (Saturday 30th of June) and spoke with Sam I told him my problem and the urgency because I have two kids at home and they have an Asthma problem and I wanted to fix my air conditioner as soon as possible. After hearing my problem and the urgency Sam promised to send the technician in 1 hour. My first opinion was (he must be kidding because no one provides such quick services on working days) and that was (not only a weekend but it was a long weekend) LOL but on the other hand I had to trust him because others were not even answering my call (as I have mentioned earlier). Well Rafi from Cosmopolitan Mechanical showed up at exact 10:40am (as promised the technician was at my house within 1 hour) I then took a deep breathe because I knew I found the right company to fix my air conditioning unit. Rafi quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem also informed me that my air conditioning refrigerant level is too low and I should refill the refrigerant. I took his recommendation and requested him to refill the refrigerant in my air conditioning unit so that we can get cold air. Rafi refilled the refrigerant and also gave me some valuable tips for my air conditioning unit. He was really friendly, courteous and professional in his work. I will highly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical to everyone and they definitely deserve to be a no.1 company on Homestars.com

    Energy Efficien Air Conditioner ASX-16 Installation

    Before we made the purchase decision of our new air conditioner, we contacted almost 5 companies for quotes.Cosmopolitan Sales Advisor Khuram Zacki arrived on time. He gave good advice and explained Amana & Lennox Products in great details. The written quotes were clear. The Price was very reasonable as compared to other big name companies in the market. This has been my best contractor experience to-date. His team was very professional. Installers arrived on time and knew exactly what they needed to do. The work was performed seamlessly, tidy & clean. The new A/C is much quieter than the old one and temperature more even. I am pleased with having them do the work. Thanks to Khuram & his whole crew for the excellent service. They are our new benchmark for evaluating how other contractors handle their business.

    Amana ASX 16 AC Installation

    Khurram Zaki came to my house and showed me 10 models of Ammana and Lennox. He gave me 1 hour, explained every thing in detail and did a full price and features comparison between each and every model. He explained every one of them in so much detail. With the Rebates he promised to get me and a discount he offered, I was able to get the almost top of the line brand equipment with the price that was somewhere equating to the middle of line AC. I wanted to shop around therefore I did not make any commitment at that time. Khurram told me right at the beginning that he hates pressure sales and haggling if it is applied to him so he will not apply the same tactics with me at all. I inclined towards Ammana ASX 16. After him , I had three more quotes. out of which , two were from Ammana dealers. The price of same model is almost double and that was very surprising to me. That is a huge difference to be offered and sound too good to be true. Nevertheless I called Khurram and decided to go with Cosmopolitan. On the day of installation, I saw installers opening and breaking the seal of the box , removing all the packaging and pulling out giant Equipment. Every thing about it tells it is brand new. Installers arrived on time and took half day. They took all the precautions such as having covers over my carpet and floor. After the completion , they demonstrated me every thing and gave few tips for saving energy. They cleaned up thoroughly after installation and left my house in as meticulous condition as it was. Very tidy and clean job and a five star installation. Some of the discounts were instant and OPA rebates from government arrived on time as well. I can honestly tell that if I had gone with other contracts, I would have and I repeat, would have paid 48% more for this equipment. Thank you Khurram Zaki and Cosmopolitan tech teem for such great job. I highly recommend to anybody who is looking for AC.

    New Lennox furnace/AC

    Had a new furnace and AC installed back in April as our old ones were getting on 16 years and our AC was giving us some problems. I had a few companies come by to give us a quotation. I felt that this company's rep was very friendly and informative despite the fact that his english was not that great. Mostly only noticeable when I would ask questions. Otherwise he had his sales talk down pact and gave us all the information that we needed. I decided to trust the great reviews which Cosmopolitan had and hire them to do the job. I must say that I was very nervous about hiring the wrong people for such an important installation. The installation went very smoothly and they began as scheduled at 8am and had everything completed by the afternoon. We haven't had any issues with the new furnace or AC and we've even noticed a big decrease in our monthly bills. They are about half as much now. I was told this would happen but to be honest I thought it was just a sales pitch. I should add that I had to contact the company regarding a rebate error. They forgot to send in for an additional 150 Lennox rebate for the particular model of furnace we bought which the rep had promised us. Kevin (I think that was his name) was really fast to respond and apologized. He put the rebate through asap and we received everything else just as promised including the 150 that they initially forgot. I couldn't be happier because I have a great new Lennox furnace and AC that work great and for a very competitive price. I didn't really want to go with any other name other than Lennox and this company is able to offer this product at a fair and reasonable price with top notch service. If we ever need a new AC or furnace again I know who I will call. I should add one thing that I felt was a negative, the installers left sharp cut triangular pieces of duct metal all around the room where they installed. We were still finding them up until last month and feel they should have done a better job cleaning up after themselves. These pieces were very sharp and I have a young son but luckily nobody was injured by them. If I had known this would happen I would have definetely asked them to make sure to clean up carefully and not leave anything sharp laying around. Just a heads up for anyone else who's getting their furnace installed.

    Replacement & Installation of Lennox Air Conditioner Installation

    Before we made the purchase decision of Lennox A/C, we did a lot of research & contacted different companies for quotes. Khurrum showed up at our house, he was very professional & knowledgeable. He listened to our specific needs patiently and gave us valuable suggestions & excellent price. So we went with Cosmopolitan. Our work was done on time. The installation crew was great, prompt, courteous and helpful. They work as a team, ensure that we were left with a safe, efficient system for our house.     Replcement of Old Air Conditioner and Tankless Water Heater

    I was looking to replace my old Air conditioner and tankless water heater. Cosmo Sales Team khurram and Fahim EJ sold me A/C and Tankless water Heater. They arrived on time and explained both Ammana and Lennox products in detail. The technicians arrived just on time, started the project right away. They finished it on time. Both A/C and tankless water heater are installed professionally. I would highly recommend Cosmopolitan to all of my family and friends without any hesitation.

    Amana ASX16 AC

    Very professional and good work done by cosmopolitan technician at our house.. They deserved to be recommended for the work they have done at our house. They have installed brand new Amana Air conditioning at our house. AC is very quite thats what we wanted to have. Technican Greg did very neat and clean work. They showed up at our door step on time and answered all our questions. Sales person khuram was very professional and knowledgeable. we thank cosmopolitan team for the work. We call will them again for any heating and cooling service.
