    Annual Maintance of Furnace, Air exchanger, Hepa Filter and Humifier

    Last week Cosmopolitan has done an annual maintance on our furnace, air exchanger , Hepa filter and humidifier. Dave the service tech, has done a very through job in cleaning and testing our equipments while working he explained every step in detail, he also replaced our filter and humidifier pad also explain the functions in the thermostat and programmed it according to our needs. We are very please with the workmen ship and the technical skiill there tech have. Thanks guys keep it up.

    Furnace Humidifier Install

    Tired of constantly filling up room humidifiers we decided to have a furnace based unit installed. Cosmopolitan gave us a very competitive price on the unit we wanted and was able to install it the next day, even though it was a Saturday. Dave was very friendly and professional and arrived right on time. The install was done and he took the time to explain to us how to use and maintain the unit. Thanks

    Furnace

    I want to keep this short and sweet. My doctor told me that she had recently installed a new furnace in her home. I realized that she was very particular about any issues regarding home comfort and health issues. I asked who she had dealt with. She told me quite readily that it was Cosmopolitan Mechanical and she would recommend them to anyone. I took her word and called Don – her representative. He was away on holidays but he referred me to Paul who came over that same day and in less than 24 hours we were enjoying our new furnace. I’d like to thank everyone at Cosmopolitan and also to Dr. Graham. Her diagnosis was top notch!

    Amana Furnace Installation

    You see the ads everywhere these days offering you furnaces at discount prices. They can be tempting, but what you don’t see is that you might end up with a model that could well be out of production or is a no-name brand that builder’s will use to maximize their profits. When you consider the real value of a high quality furnace, it is definitely well worthwhile to pay a little bit more at the outset to get a whole lot more in comfort and efficiency. As the old adage says ‘ you only get what you pay for’. To think otherwise is foolhardy – you can never regret a quality, especially when it comes to a major home appliance such as a furnace. My mother taught me this valuable lesson and it was the underlying reason I chose to deal with Cosmopolitan Mechanical. I have no regrets whatsoever.

    Amana Furnace

    We needed a new furnace pronto. Our new tenants, an older retired couple, couldn’t possibly live with the noisy old unit that the previous tenants had endured. They had mentioned that before selling their home and deciding to rent, that they had dealt with paul at Cosmopolitan Mechanical. We felt that if we contacted the company they recommended that we would start off our relationship on good terms. It proved to be a wise decision. Our tenant, Arthur, knew Peter and Fred, who came to do the installation and he later confided in us that they told him we were getting the best in the business. It was quite reassuring to hear that from an outside source and we have all the confidence in the world that we made the right decision by having Cosmopolitan do everything from start to finish. It turned out to be a win-win situation.

    Amana Furnace installaion

    We had direct energy quoting amana furnace for our house. We wanted to compare the prices. we searched the internet and found cosmopolitan mechanical services. there price was very good. we chose them because of there low price. Two days later there installer Greg came with his crew and installed the furnace. I would say we are pretty much satisfied with the company and there product.

    Brand New Furnace

    Last week we were experiencing no heat and were curious to find out what was going on. We later found out that our heat exchanger is broken. We researched many companies and we chose Cosmopolitan to come and give us a quote. There representative Paul stopped by the next day. We were happy and satisfied with how he had dealt with the issue. He recommend we replace the furnace and get some rebate from the government. Everything went well and our new furnace is work good. Thanks cosmopolitan for providing such a good service

    Furnace installaion

    As everyone knows that money is tight right now, but there are some things we can’t do without. We had just moved into a 60-year old house and knew the furnace system was lacking according to the previous owner. He had considered changing the old furnace for a cheap bottom-of-the line one, but he had held back considering he was thinking of selling. We are glad he didn’t go ahead with his plan as we discovered later from talking with the folks at Cosmopolitan that we probably would have been lucky to get 3-4 years out of the cheap one he could have purchased. In addition there was some ductwork changes that were required which Arshad pointed out would have caused problems if not done right the first time. All in all, we, like so many others were completely satisfied with everything Cosmopolitan did for us and recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace or anything else for that matter.

    Furnace

    After our 20 years old furnace gave up, we called cosmopolitan to provide the new furnace. We called them late night and they sent the technician on the next day. they explained everything clearly to us and did a fantastic work. We are happy with there work. Thanks

    Humidifier

    I had cosmopolian mechanical installing a humidifier at one of my rental properties located in Toronto. There tecnicians seems to be very responsible. They were on time and finished the humidifer installation on time. They also fixed the hole in our existing duct work with no charge. I would highly recommend them
