Boiler or Radiator Heating System I'm very satisfied with their work and the manner in which it was done. Very courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, well prepared and organized. Answered my questions and provided options.

My Family panicked the other night when our 20 year-old furnace finally conked out on us. We had been living on borrowed time hoping that we could get another year out of it, however the furnace had other ideas. The next question was ‘what to do? Well, to make a long story short, we did the Google thing and found Cosmopolitan Mechanical as one of the best rated furnace people in our area out there. We did get a few quotes, but there was no comparison to the others – they won on all counts. They were prompt, informative, polite, efficient, pleasant and able to come within our budget. In a nutshell, everything went even better than we had hoped and we are looking forward to a long relationship with our furnace and with the people at Cosmopolitan.

Thanks again for the great job installing the heating systems. Its work great, quiet and very efficient. You have a great team of workers who are practically invisible, so focused on doing the work and doing it right…you don't even notice them. There just wasn’t much heat getting to our upstairs bedrooms. We had put up with this for a few years, but the time had come to face facts – we were wasting money and not feeling very comfortable. My wife decided to call Cosmopolitan – they were actually referred to us via the Better Business Bureau. The whole process worked like a charm. In less than 48 hours our new furnace, humidifier and a tankless water heater were installed. It couldn’t have been easier. Why did we wait so long? We are very thankful to Kevin, Greg and Fred for all their help.

We had a lot of problem with our 18 years old mid efficiency furnace. We realized that we need a new furnace. My Husband looked up the internet and found cosmopolitan mechanical services. We call them 10 o'clock at night and set up an appointment for the quote for new furnace. They sent paul to do to quote for us. We end up buying the furnace from paul. The installation was done next day. We are satisfied with the work. All the things were done on time. Thats what we expected from them. We would recommend them to others.

We only have to write some good words for cosmopolitan mechnaical services . There sales person Ronald came to our house and gave us the quote for the new furnace. The furnace was installed by Dave and his partner. Workers were very nice and knowledgeable. They took there time for the installation. They spend about five hours to finished the work. I Would say good job done by cosmopolitan.

We bought a brand new Lennox furnace from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. Our sales advisor was Mr.Paul.We chose this company because they were very prompt answering our call. We had a service advisor at our home on the same day. Paul took time to listen to our problem and provided us the fair price for a Lennox Furnace. He spent a lot of time explaining how the product works. One of our concern was our old noisy furnace, but with the help of Paul, we ended up making the right decision on choosing a quiet furnace. Paul and installer Dave were very cooperative and easy to work with. We stongly believe we made the right decision to go with Cosmopolitan. I would like to thank on behalf of me and my family for a job well done. Of course, I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking to replace their furnace.

We did comparison shopping and Cosmopolitan offered the best price - by far. The salesman was very friendly but gave us some wrong information (i.e., the brochure was for a different model, warranty info was wrong). The installation was done very quickly and well. There was one concern & a technician was quickly sent out to investigate. The technician was very knowledgable and helpful. The company sent in the documentation for the government rebate in a timely manner. There was other documentation including the warranty and manual which were delayed (though perhaps due to the postal strike ) and it took longer than expected (i.e., 3 months) to get it sorted out. All staff were always polite & professional.

Company has installed very quite amana furnace at our house.We had four quotes before we Selected cosmopolitan mechanical. At the begainning we had some concern regarding the installation. However, company response was very quick and they adressed all our cencern in very professional mannor. We would defeinetly use the company again. Thanks

They came when they said they would. Finished the installation on time. the job was done cleanly and seamless. They kept the work area clean. I would definitely hire them again for any furnace work.. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional job.
