We are dealing with arshad for last seven years. Our furnace and our Air Conditioning units were installed by him seven years ago. This year we got tankless water heater done by him. Very professional and very reliable company to do business with. We and satisfied with the service and recommend them to everyone.

I am in the process of renovating the basement and needed to extend heating ducts into 2 unfinished cold rooms. Fahim Ejaz responded to my call right away, was able to come to do an estimate the same day, and the next morning Arshad and helper spent the day doing the work. Fahim Ejaz and Arshad were able to find a solution to a very difficult situation and created specially-designed thin ducts to fit the ceiling height. In addition, they took away my very old water tank, replaced it with new (for free), installed a new grid on a cold air duct (for free), and were able to design a very effective way to install a water pump for the humidifier. The job was done perfectly, Arshad paid attention to detail and seemed proud of his workmanship (and rightfully so!). I will use them in the near future for duct cleaning, and furnace servicing. Amazing work! Amazing people! Thank you!!!!

Our 30 years old furnace stopped working suddenly. We called different companies to get the quotes. Luckily, we spoke with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. The company represented themselves highly professionally, from phone call to answering service, responded not only promptly but the inspection and quotes were also done in timely & professional manners. We have no hesitation to say that we were extremely happy to have a new furnace installed by Cosmopolitan. Not only the furnace, we also bought AC from them and had it installed. We would strongly recommend this company as we had a very trusting relationship with them now. Finally, I would say, Cosmopolitan people really care.

We visited the cosmopolitan company at the local mall and set up the appointment to get a new furnace and ac. installer were very professional and polite. They answered all our questions and explained how the system works. The company also finished all our rebate paper work on time.

This is my second time around using Cosmopolitan Mechanical , I'm very satisfied once again with the service provided by this company . They even returned my water heater for me free of charge , I returned it myself last time , I totally recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical !!!! This is our second house I have used cosmopolitan. At the first house Furnace was great quality and the workers were qualified. This house we chose the same furnace. Sales guy Paul spent almost two hours for a great presentation. At the beginning we showed some concern regarding chimney liner. However, Paul gave us a great alternative for our concern. He gave us a rental power vent water heater. Power vent water heater does not uses chimney. We thank Paul for addressing our concern smartly. This time our installer was Dave. He was also very knowledgeable. Finally as before no complication and no mess. Just very clean work. We will love to use them again.

I got three quotes for the replacement of my 20 years old furnace.Sales rep Ej visited our home. Installation team was courteous and respectful. they provided us a lot of good information about our furnace. We will hire cosmopolitan again for any other heating and cooling service, It is because we are satisfied.

Got redtagged by direct energy technician. They told me that I do not have clearnace of twenty four inches infront of the furnace. To rectify the problem we end up calling cosmopolitan. Technician Dave came to our home. He spent quite a time to fix the problem. In fact, He has to push the furnace backword. He finished his work very well and on time..

Our furnace installation was very complicated. Many contractors told us after looking at the work. However, cosmopolitan did the work in about six hours. Extremely professional work. They deserved to be recommended. Thanks

We were renting our water heater from reliance. we have three kids and demand for hot water heater in our house is very high. Every morning our water tank ran out of hotwater. Which was very uncomfortable. we end up calling cosmopolitan mechanical to slove our problem. The sales person EJ came to our house. He educated us with a lot of information regarding tankless water heater. The best thing for us was that tankless water heater never runs out of hot water. After replacing our old water heater with a tankless water heater our problem got solved. We thank EJ for guiding us toward the right direction. We are happy with the product.
