    Annual Furnace Inspection

    Mehfooz Tec2 did an excellent job checking ,servicing and explaining various parts of my furnace . He was prompt, cordial and provided tips in maintaining the furnace. He is also the best tech that I have had servicing my furnace over the last several years. Thank you

    Furance maintance

    Great Ather Hasan is a great guy to work with! Ather was very clean and respectful. Will look for this company again in the future! !!! Professional, quick, and honest.

    Cosmopolitan service A1

    August 2016 I purchased an Amana furnace and AC however after 14 months of use the furnace started making some unusual noises. I called Cosmopolitan to arrange a service appointment, the service man Ather Hasan, a very nice gentleman, came the very next day and diagnosed that the motor for the fan/blower needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the very next day the furnace stopped working, with no heat and the outside temperature below 0 degrees Ather and the team at Cosmopolitan expedited the issue and installed the new part as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer. I can't say how much I appreciated the concern and effort from the team at Cosmopolitan. Thank you Ather, Adam and Sam.

    annual maintenance

    Ather was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, was very courteous and most importantly he took his time to answer any questions I had and explained what he was doing and/or needed to be done.

    Yearly mechanical maintenance

    Senior Technician Hasan Ather who sold me the A/C and Furnance units performed the maintenance recently. His expertise and continued support of the products are appreciated. All too often, sales people come and go; they do not stand behind their products. Not the case here. Thanks again!

    Lack of response after a complaint

    I purchased our A/C from Cosmopolitan 5 years ago and they were excellent to work with. To maintain the extended warranty, I need to have them service the A/C unit yearly. For the past 2 years, the quality of the servicing was very poor. The coils were left filthy both years, which I was specifically told would ruin the unit. When I brought this up to management, they were dismissive and didn't return my calls. Unfortunately I don't think I have a choice to go with another company because of the warranty, but I would not recommend these guys any longer based on their response to this issue.

    Air conditioning

    Mehfooz Tec 2 is very detailed professional gentleman. He takes his time to explain everything about the functioning of the air conditioning unit. I would recommend him to our friends for future heating and air conditioning units for services. Excellent service Mehfooz. You are the best.

    Furnace and Airconditioning maintenance service.

    Had our furnace and air conditioning annual maintenance completed yesterday. Senior tech Ather Hasan performed all and in a courteous and professional manner which is what we've become used too with Cosmopolitan Mechanical. Thanks.

    Furnace and AC service

    We have a protection plan with Cosmopolitan and were due for a furnace/AC service. Employee Ather H. came to our house and was very professional, explained all of the details and mechanics of what he was doing, and made helpful suggestions without my feeling pressured. He really spent the time to make sure everything was as it should be. I would definitely recommend Ather and Cosmopolitan!

    Amana Distinctions AC 3 ton

    I got about 10-12 quotes from different companies. Some were very high more than 5000$ only for AC but when we were about to choose the 1 company we thought was competitive in price, I decided to check reviews of companies on www.homestars.com. I found Cosmopolitan Mechnical there. It has a lot of different with great comments. So have it a shot ( nothing to loose). It was in afternoon that I contacted & Fahim ( Advisor) came in the SAME evening to give us a quote. He was professional, knowledgeable & right to point. We made our decision before he left & decided to have it installed next day only:). With the details & deal package, we couldn't think about going with another company. Andrew the guy who installed the AC was also very professional & hard worker. Was explaining everything & Fahim came back to see if work was done accordingly. Now we have the system up & running from 2 days & issues but will post again after few months...would definitely recommend it anyone. Kiran
