We were looking for a new Ac for our new house for last one year. Finely we found cosmopolitan through internet. We called them for the installation and they finished the installation the week after. very nice and professional people. use them they are good.

Last month we bought a new gas barbeque grill for our house. We need a new gas connection for the new barbeque grill. We called Paul from cosmopolitan to help us. Actually, Paul did help our neighbour for the barbeque line installation last year. Next day installers from cosmopolitan came and finished the work very professionally. We liked there workmanship

Our furnace motor gave up on the weekend. We decided not to fix the old furnace and get a new one. Cosmo end up installing the new high efficiency lennox furnace for us. We are happy with there installation. We will use them again if need any other furnace installation. Thank alot.

Cosmopolitan mechanical serv. installed tankless water heater at our house. At the beginning I wanted to give cosmopolitan 8 out of 10. However, company dedication to solve certain issues I had with the rebate convinced me to give them 10 out of 10. I found cosmopolitan after sales services very prompt and professional. When moved into our new houses we decided to put a Gas dryer in our basement. But we did not have any gas connection in the basement for dryer. After a quick Google search we end up calling cosmopolitan mechanical. Company responded quickly to our needs. They sent technician name Michael for the job. Michael finished the work within two hours. Now we have a nice gas dryer in our house, which is saving use from huge hydro bills.

Our neighbor told us about heating and cooling company location in a nearby mall. We went to South Sheridan mall and found cosmopolitan display location. We met sales person Don at the mall. He was very courteous and polite. He quickly came to our house and looked at our flooded furnace. He told us that because of emergency we could have cosmopolitan technician install a new furnace with in 5 hours. We got very surprised and signed the contract for the installation of a new furnace. Don was right about his commitment and we have a heat in our home within five hours. Dealing with cosmopolitan people we felt very comfortable and would use them again for any future needs.

It is really difficult to find a right contractor for doing any work. Previously we had a bad experience with many contractors. However, after doing business with cosmopolitan we can say that they are reliable. They installed furnace last years at our house. After the installation we had some questions regarding the new furnace. So we call the company. After our call cosmopolitan advisor EJ came to our house again and answered all our questions. In our opinion cosmopolitan deserve a recommendation from us. We would say use this company for all yours heating and cooling needs and you will find them professional by yourself.
