Cosmopolitan mechanical service installed new Furnace at our house last month. It was Sunday when our old furnace stop working. Cosmopolitan employee Paul came to our house and set up the installation on Monday. All the work from cosmopolitan was perfect. We are very happy with the installation.

Arshad Installed Air Condition at our sister house last year. He did a good job. So we called cosmopolitan Mechanical Sevices again at our house to install a new high efficiency furnace. At our house Arshad technician also did a good job. The lennox furnace is very quite and we are happy and satisfied.

I found Cosmopolitan company very reliable and honest. I believe it worlth it to do business with this company. Sales guy EJ was very knowledgeable. They did not use any pressure sales tactice. I would surely recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical to all of you. Thanks a lot.

Replaced a furnace and A/C that were over 20 years old, and the former of which, was on its last legs. First of all, Faheem is a great sales person. He answered my tons of questions and gave me good sound advice. No pressure tactics whatsoever. He laid out a great for me too, and let me take the time to compare the same Lennox equipment against competitors, before I decided to go with Cosmopolitan. Faheem had told me in advance that Cosmopolitan's technicians may choose to go out the other side of my house with the furnace venting and indeed they did. The techs arrived punctually on a Saturday morning and got the job done efficiently and quickly, consulting me whenever there were options or questions to be answered. The new furnace is working great, and looking forward to also using the A/C this summer. There was a screw up with Cosmopolitan's registration of my equipment with Lennox as some administrator got my name wrong - tired, I guess. But they've promised to fix it, and I trust them. (Need to follow-up with Faheem soon though.)

In Late December we had a problem with our 25 years old Furnace. We were cold whole night. Next morning a friend of mine told me about Cosmopolitan Mechanical Service. Their sales agent ‘Paul’ responded very quickly to our call and reached our place within an hour. He suggested us to replace the old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. He also informed us about the government rebate. We got convinced with Paul suggestion. We told him to go ahead with the new furnace installation project. Next day Paul sent us an energy auditor for the inspection. The auditor charged his fees and gave us the report. Auditor also told us that we can get rebate on a new AC and Tankless water heater. After the inspection we decided to replace our Air conditioner too, So that we do not have to worry about it later. We think it was smartest move for use the get benefits from the government rebate. In Fact, our friend also did change his AC and Furnace and received government grant. After the inspection was done Paul set up the date for the installation. For the installation we had two nice gentlemen name Dave and Orlan. Both installers were very helpful. In fact, they helped us move lot of furniture that was in the way. After that they completed the work within eight hours, they showed us the whole operation of the new installed equipment. We got very impressed by the explanation. This shows us professionalism. They left our house with no mess. After the whole process, we were very happy with cosmopolitan. We would always definitely pass positive recommendation for them. Thanks

We have been using rental water heater for last 15 years. Last month our water heater stop working. We decided not to rent anymore and replace it with tankless water heater. After searching the web, we call three companies to show us different types of tankless water heater. By looking at so many brands and sizes we got confused. However, sales guy form cosmopolitan help us to chose the right product for our house. So we selected the Rinnai tankless water heater for our house. They also told us how we can save money by using the tankless water heater. After this information few days later we called the cosmopolitan to install the water heater at our house on Sunday. Installer name Dave with his team came to our house for the installation. It took them about 5 hours to finish the job. After the installation they cleaned up the work area, which is appreciated. Dave also showed us the way we can get maximum benefit from our tankless water heater. We definitely liked the way cosmopolitan team implemented our job. We would definitely use installer Dave and team for any future requirement. We believe it is very important to use proper installer for any professional work. Good job Cosmopolitan

We moved in the new house last year. Our builder did not provided the AC. We talked to our neighbor, He told us about cosmopolitan mechanical services. I can tell you with confidence that cosmopolitan did an excellent job of installing the AC. I would surely recommend cosmopolitan to all our family members

When we were purchasing 25 years old house, our house inspector told us that furnace and air conditioner has to be replaced. We decided to change both furnace and air conditioner as soon as we move into our new home. We called few companies for the estimate. Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services was one of the companies. After meeting with the sales technician EJ, We decided to have installation done by cosmopolitan. In fact, Ej provided us a lot of information regarding new furnaces and air conditioners. He also showed us various brands of thermostats for better temperature control in our house. At first we wanted to get basic furnace and air conditioner for the house, however, after getting information and looking at different choices we chose to go with 2 stage variable speed furnace and 14.5 seers air conditioner. After the installation of the furnace we realized that how important it is to choose the right furnace for a house. Now we are in our new house and getting all the benefits from our new high efficiency furnace. In fact, our new furnace is very quite and thats what we wanted. We may have paid a little more to cosmopolitan, But we think it worth it. thanks
