A neighbor initially recommended them to us and we have been using them ever since. They have installed a new AC system, water heater, and a new furnace. They also have done Duct cleaning in our house. Their service and quick response are outstanding. I have never had to call them back because they do the work correctly the first time. I have called them in the dead of winter and in the hottest part of summer and they have been here for me. Anything I have ever needed done, they have taken care of. My son just had to have a new furnace put in and it was an enormous project because it was a oil furnace that had to be converted to gas. Cosmopolitan did a fantastic job. Another great thing about them is that you never so much as have to use a broom when they are done. They clean up so well afterward. I would not hesitate to call them. In fact, I would never call anyone else.

Very satisfied with all aspects of our heating and air conditioning installation. Very nice people to deal with. They actually answer their phone every time we called them. Very prompt, fair price, excellent job on the installation and clean up.

I hired Cosmopolitan Mechanical to install a air condition, furnace, new duct work and, tankless hot water heater. Kham, the sales associate came to my house to give me a bid. He explained what I needed and what I didn't need. (that's right, he is so honest, he told me what I didn't need to spend money on.) There crew Dave, Peter, and Iqbal came to do the work. They were puntual, polite, neat and considerate. Arshad visited periodically to check on the job. He even took the time to check on any rebates that I might be eligible for. He saved the barcodes from the items I had purchased, filled out the paper work, brought it to me to sign...I got back $550 from Ontario Power and other rebate are still which we will get eventually .We are very happy with everything. Don't trust your home to just anyone. Call Cosmopolitan like I did. DD.

I am very surprised by the cosmopolitan professionalism . They came to our house when our 30 years old furnace gave up. They gave us a very reasonable quote and installed the furnace on the same day. Cosmopolitan sales person and technician were on time and got the job done very professionally on time. To me this company is extremely dedicated and committed to its services. They also did all the paper work for the rebate for us. We are thankful to them for providing such an excellent workmanship.

We decided to replace our 23 years old furnace. After getting the recommendation from our few good friends we called cosmopolitan. We found cosmopolitan sales person Paul extremely knowledge. He made our job for selecting a right furnace for our house very easy. We chose Lennox high efficiency furnace. Ever since we had Lennox furnace installed, we feel very comfortable in our house. Paul also arranged the energy audit for our house and got us rebate. We are quite satisfied with this company.

My wife and I had Cosmopolitan mechanical come out to our house to service our furnace system (a 15 year old Carrier). The technician (Beyhan) was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about our system. I'm sure he could have talked us into buying a whole new system, but instead, fixed the problem and saved us a lot of money. We're not sure how long our current furnace will last, but we are sold on the honesty of Cosmopolitan air conditioning - that's for sure - and we'll call them again when this old one needs replacement.

Each one tried to sell us a new heating system, and said that ours couldn't be repaired. Beyhan, the service technician from Cosmopolitan came out and fixed the furnace quickly and never mentioned a word about a new system. We are so pleased with them and their commitment to honesty, and have recommended them to all our friends.

Top class is how I would rate Cosmopolitan Heating . I called them one afternoon because of all the good reviews they have on homestars and it seems everyone likes their customer service. They did not disappoint me. The crew arrived on the same day I had signed my contract and they got to work right away to installing my new furnace. They were done in a very short while and went over everything they did. I am very pleased with salesperson, technician Dave and his crew for their service.
