We have been dealing with cosmopolitan mechanical services since 2 years., Recently they have replaced our old furnace with the new Lennox brand furnace and humidifier. They are puntual, Professional and there work is clean. Our experience with cosmopolitan specially with Arshad is Great and we rated them overall 10/10. Nadia

I would definately recommend this company. I had a great experience purchasing a air conditioner last summer and just my luck, the Furnace quit this winter. I didn't hesitate to call Cosmopolitan. The salesman was there the same day I called and had a new Lennox furnace installed next day. They finished up the installation in about 7 hours and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't ask for anything more. My home is warm and cosy and I definately paid a fair price.

I have to agree my experience with Cosmopolitan was A++ service, right from the start Well explained in great detail what was going to take place during my scheduled tune up, he was very professional and courteous while answering all of my questions and most of all he was very knowledgeable of the services being offered. The tech was very professional and polite he sat down with our family and assured us that we were safe and in good hands with Cosmopolitan....... I checked with a lot of heating and air conditioning contractors before I chose one that I was comfortable with. So glad I went with Cosmopolitan. They did a fantastic job and were very nice. They had a pretty good discount combined with the Govt. rebates and the savings from having an efficient system, this was the best value I could have possibly gotten. I'm glad they asked me to write a review for them because I am very happy to do so. I see that they have been asking others to do the same. Good thing, because the word needs to get out that these guys are the best value for your money. I'm happy to help. Go for it guys, tell all your customers to write reviews. You deserve it.

Our furnace broke down on the morning of Christmas Eve and I thought it would be difficult to get someone to come out during the holiday seasons but we also did not want to freeze to death. I saw good reviews for several heating contractors but what made me call Cosmopolitan is the fact that they take calls 24/7 and they really did. They picked up the call immediately - did not need to leave a voicemail. They arranged a technican to come out on the same day. Our technican was very patient and explained to us how the furnace works etc without us having to ask. Usually I hesitate about trusting online reviews but I am happy to report that Cosmopolitan did do an excellent job and we will recommend them to others (hence writing my first ever Homestars review). Thank you for taking care of my parents who live in Mississauga . They had an emergency with their furnace breaking down in this bitter cold winter and Cosmopolitan saved them . Considering the emergency circumstances , they still gave them a very reasonable price and didn't take advantage of the situation ,which I appreciated . They were on time , pleasant to deal with and most importantly to my mother left a clean work site when they left . I'd highly recommend them to others .

It was excellent. Dealing with Don Livingstone was very beneficial. If you are striving to feel comfortable and understand what you need, this is your man. It was refreshing to hear the latest technology and understand the standard quality of HVAC available to me. I was not pressured nor inclined to go toward the most expensive. And although all other HVAC contractors were great, Cosmopolitan's estimate, services and installation stood out the most. Charmaine

We are writing this review for Cosmopolitan Mechanical. There sales person Paul visited our neighbour house last year and they installed the high Efficiency furnace. After looking at the workmanship at our neighbour house we chose Cosmopolitan. The installation at our house also went very well. This company service and workmanship is appreciable and deserved to be recommended to anyone. They came on time did the job on time. We are happy and satisfied with Cosmopolitan.
