Very reliable and professional company for installing a new furnace. My furnace broke down at the middle of night. I called several companies late night, no one answered my call. However, Cosmopolitan mechanical did answered my call at 2 am. I got very surprised that they arranged the tech on the first thing in the morning and installed the new Lennox furnace on the same day. Will definitely call them again if needed any other Heating and cooling servies.

Our 20 years old furnace start giving me trouble in the middle of the night. It was turning on and off in every 5-6 minutes, failing to maintain the temperature, resulting in a cold house. I was in a terrible situation as I have a small baby, my husband was out of town and I had no heat in the middle of night. Out of desperation, I started looking for different companies to contact late at night. As I had anticipated, I did not have my phone answered from most of the companies I called. There were one or two companies which answered the phone and it felt as if I had woken some one up from their sleep. The price they were asking for ONLY visiting after hour and late night service was really high and I was not able to afford it. When I called Cosmopolitan Mechanical, my phone was answered immediately. The gentleman who answered the call was really friendly and understanding. He told me that they have 24 hour services but before he would send someone over, he asked me a list of questions. As I do not have any technical knowledge of this sort and my husband is the one who takes care of all the maintenance of house hold equipment, he was really patient with me. He first asked me to check on my thermostat battery, when I checked it was fine, Then he asked me to go in the furnace room and pull-out the filter to check its condition. I found the filter to be very very dirty and it seemed that my husband had not replaced it in a while. Fortunately I had a spare filter so I replaced the old one. He asked me to turn off the furnace switch for one minute and turn it back on. When I turn the switch on my furnace started working non stop till it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. I had a warm house for myself and my baby. He told me to call them back again if I encounter any further problems so that he can send a technician first thing in the morning. My furnace has not stopped working since then. They solved my problem over the phone and saved me a lot of money. I am thankful to cosmopolitan Mechanical from bottom of my heart. It is hard to find such honest service in today’s date. We will be replacing our furnace very soon and there is no question that only Cosmopolitan will be the one doing this work for us. Cosmopolitan was dedicated to the job right from the beginning. A team of three excellent professionals worked diligently for two and a half days. The work was done very professionally and in good atmosphere. I actually was at home since the beginning till the end and I was amazed by the amount of work it takes to put a new system in. The job was done to my full satisfaction, in the most professional and pleasant way. I can go on and on describing how happy I am with Cosmopolitan especially Arshad and Dave. Since 1997, I have changed my residence 2 times and during this time period I have dealt with Direct Energy. Last Sunday my hot water tank stopped working and I called Direct Energy to fix the problem. I was informed that a technician will be coming next day around 11 AM. I was really frustrated and started looking for other companies for help. My neighbour gave me the number for Cosmopolitan Mechanical. The gentleman who answered my phone was very polite and ensured that someone will be at my residence with-in 1-2 hours time window. Fahim showed-up within an hour and offered to replace my 10 years old tank with high efficiency, energy efficient tank with much better rental rates and also offered me 2 months rent. He ensured me that they will replace it right away and I signed the paper work. After hour and a half, installer comes with the new tank and complete the installation in one hour and my taps were giving hot water again. Instead of waiting for direct energy for one whole day without hot water, I had my problem fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical for their fast, efficient and excellent customer service to everyone and will definitely be calling them in Spring to replace my Furnace and A/C.

Excellent Company to do business with: I highly recommend doing business with Cosmopolitan. I did a lot of research on installing a new furnace and A/C system but couldn't find a company that I wanted to give my money to. Cosmopolitan was recommended to us by an government HVAC technician that we know. Arshad was very professional and patient from the start. He promptly answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The installation crew was a pleasure to work with, on time and kept us informed throughout the day as the job progressed. We opted to arrange the energy audit , which they arranged right away,. After installation we received all the papers which includes the rebates and warranties which they have already filled on behalf of us. I am so glad that we decided to do business with them. Cosmopolitan delivered the service and commitment they promised and made everything so easy. We never worried about a thing!! Thank you ALL for doing such a great job...You guys are wonderful!!

I want to thank Arshad for doing such a wonderful job with installing my new heating and central air conditioner. Having worked with a variety of contractors on my house over the past 6 years, I have encountered many different personalities, experience levels and product outcomes. Dealing with him has been by far my best experience....After working non-stop for most of the day, both Arshad and Dave were pleasant, personal and informative while instructing me on my new equipments. I was impressed by his ingenuity and problem solving skills, his temperament and professionalism.... I am now a loyal customer of Cosmopolitan after having such a great experience.
