When flushing the toilet upstairs, I found that I would have water backing up into my laundry tub in the basement. I called ExpressRooter Plumbing and they sent a plumber within the hour. He ran a camera inspection, cleared the clog and opened up the drain. Fortunately, he said our drain was in great shape and after clearing the clog it should work fine. I appreciate how quickly they responded, and their honesty in not trying to sell us extra work that we didn’t need. I will call them again if I’m in need of a plumber.

This morning I contacted ExpressRooter regarding an ensuite toilet with very low water pressure and one that constantly drips. By the afternoon Yuri and his partner ( sorry I forget the name) came to the rescue. This toilet was old and the one item that we did not replace when we moved into the condo 3 years ago thinking it was fine. In the past 3 years we have had 3 plumbers into check the problem each one assuring us that they had solved the problem. Yuri was the first to suggest replacing the toilet completely as he could not guarantee the problem would be solved. As the toilet was over 20 years old I thought he was probably batting 100 with this. We bought a new toilet and then our plumbing experts came back to install it. I wish other plumbers had been as honest with us and saved us a great deal of late night choruses of dripping water. These men were professional, courteous and a credit to their company.

When I was told 2 large holes were needed and 1 smaller hole in basement. I thought what a mess. The hole in my driveway and the one in garden looked disasterous with mounds of earth. I assumed house would never look the same. But they layed tarp in drive and covered basement with cloth. Thankyou for a job well done. I highly recommend this company. John Avenue Rd and Lawrence

We were having problems with our drains and had a couple of backups from our floor drain in the basement. We called ExpressRooter to come out and check out the drains. Jamey came out the next day to unblock our drain, run a camera inspection and to quote on any necessary repairs. He gave us various options at different costs. We decided to go with a section repair in our basement. The guys were quick, fixed it fast and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them.

Just a terrific company. Honest, professional, gets the job done well. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

It was with considerable relief that Tony of Express Rooter came to my home on the Toronto Islands to clear a clog somewhere in the exterior drain running from my house to the city sewer line. It is often almost impossible to get city contractors to come here, but Express Rooter agreed that they could. Tony came right on time (despite disruptions to the ferry service due to the weather). He did an efficient and thorough job with the electric snake, cleared the clog, sent a camera down to show me the condition of the line, and then gave me further recommendations and preventative advice. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark from Express Rooter. He explained the issue really well and gave us a lot of information on what work had to be done. However, there were a few unexpected issues with the piping internally and it made things a little more complicated. Mark spent the next few hours troubleshooting the issue and eventually resolved and fixed everything. I really appreciate that he went was patient, kind and courteous. He definitely went above and beyond, making sure everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, skilled and customer friendly company.

I had a leak in the basement behind the ceiling drywall. The plumber Mark DeMelo quickly found the leak and made the repair in a very short time. He was very professional and ensured the area was cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone.
