Mark De Mélo was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the process. I have an unusual toilet, which he researched thoroughly before recommending a fix and course of action. When the part arrived a week before it was scheduled to, he made himself available to do the fix within hours. Highly recommend Mark and the RotoRooter team!

I’ve used ExpressRooter Plumbing for years now. Friendly and fast service every time! Each of the plumbers they have sent have been knowledgeable and professional. I recently had them back to install a new kitchen faucet. I was happy they provided me with next day service. I have used them several times in the past and have been satisfied every time. You can’t go wrong!

Mark D melo was prompt , courteous and very personable. Rather than replace the toilet as I was prepared to do , he found the problem with my toilet and fixed it immediately. So refreshing to find honesty and integrity in the workforce today . Thank you so much !

Mark D'Mello gave me fantastic explanation of the use and value of a frost-free hose bib to be installed. He took the time to ask me relevant questions, and give me advice which was basically I did not need to install it, based on his chat with me. Very difficult to find an honest plumber/professional these days, who give you advice that makes them no money! I would definitely recommend using their services, and would 100% use them for all my plumbing jobs.

We decided it was time to get rid of our very old laundry tub and called ExpressRooter Plumbing. Mark arrived and gave us two quotes, one if we supplied the parts, and another if he supplied the parts. We decided it would be easier if Mark got the sink and faucet. He came back a couple of days later and did a great job. He supplied and installed everything, and left no mess in the laundry room.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, so I looked up local plumbers and decided on ExpressRooter. Very quick service. The plumber showed me how my old drains under the sink were corroding and leaking. He gave me an up front quote to replace them with plastic. He did the job right away and charged exactly the price in his quote. Knowledgeable plumber and no hidden charges. The work was done quickly and my kitchen was left clean. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need plumbing services

I recently had my sump pump fail during heavy rains. My sump pit was filling up fast and there was a good chance my basement would be flooded.. I called ExpressRooter Plumbing and they arrived within the hour. Tony managed to get the pump working as a temporary fix and showed up the next day with a replacement. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong with my old pump and how to maintain the new one. Thank you, ExpressRooter Plumbing, and Tony, for saving me from what could have been thousands of dollars in damage.

I originally called ExpressRooter Plumbing for a leaking laundry tap. Mark came right on schedule and determined I would need a new tap. There was no shutoff valves for the tap, so Mark said we would have to temporarily shut the water off for the house. It turns out the main valve for the house was not working either, and would need replacement. Mark helped me contact the city to turn off the water from outside. Once the city arrived to turn off the water, Mark worked quickly to replace the main valve, the faucet, and add hot & cold shutoff valves for the laundry tap. He waited until the city arrived back to turn the water on to make sure there were no leaks and everything worked fine. Although one thing turned into another, I was glad Mark was there to make sure all of the problems were fixed. Thanks Mark. I will use ExpressRooter Plumbing and Mark again.

Update: the company contacted me to address the pricing issue outlined below and they have now resolved it to my satisfaction. I have increased the rating based on them making it right. I suggest you understand their pricing structure before they come out. Thanks for making it right, Express Rooter. As I said below, their quality and professionalism is excellent, my only issue was with pricing. Original review follows: I decided to go with this company based on what I've seen on Holmes on Homes. Big mistake. I needed a couple shut-off valves replaced urgently. The plumber called on the way over to let me know the diagnostic would cost $150 but it would be waived if we used them for the service. The plumber quoted me $700 to replace both. Having done similar work before I know that the parts required cost $15 maximum. It took the plumber about half an hour to do it. I only proceeded with them because I needed the work done urgently and I had already lost the $150 for the diagnostic. Although the work was well done, the pricing was insanely high. Do not use this company.
