I highly recommend booking with Express Rooter Plumbing! I booked an appointment with Craig at Express Rooter Plumbing as we were thinking of purchasing a back-up sump pump for our home. He was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Booking our appointment was easy and Craig called to confirm the day before. I was happy to know that the consultation did not cost us anything as Craig explained that they wanted to visit first to inspect and answer any questions. Vlad arrived promptly at our home and was professional and friendly. Vlad advised us that our sump pump was sufficient and that it wasn't necessary to purchase a back-up as the unit we have is more than enough. Woke up on Dec 27 to a basement bathroom full of human excrement backed up from the sewer. I knew from previous issues with this bathroom this fix was going to be a costly/crappy affair involving the ripping up of tiles and the replacement of pipes underneath my basement floor, but Jason and his crew made the best of a gross situation. He explained everything thoroughly and followed the job through to the very end and delivered on every promise. He is a true professional and a nice guy to boot.

Jason and his crew have been excellent. They responded extremely quickly on Dec. 27th to a clogged drain and had it open before I had a house full of people for the evening. They found a bad drain that needed to be fixed. They arrived today to fix it right on time. Where extremely professional and had the every thing fixed really quickly and where very clean. Thanks for a great job.

In the past we have had very bad contractors, guys that come in and the job looks great then the problems start when they leave. Try to call them back, but the company no longer is there. . In short, the guys from ExpressRooter were very kind, cared about their customer and the job. Well priced for the service provided. I will be calling them back for all my plumbing needs.

Our quarterly water bill on a rental property we own had gone up dramatically in the last year. We contacted the city and they recommended getting in a plumbing company to do an inspection. After checking Homestars reviews, we decided to go with ExpressRooter. The plumber arrived the next day and did an inspection. He found that three of the toilets in the house were constantly running. He gave us the choice of purchasing new toilets or refurbishing the older ones. We chose to refurbish. He did work on all three toilets, replacing the mechanisms in the tank. We just received our latest water bill and everything is back normal. The plumber was friendly and informative, and I appreciated that he gave us different options. We will now be calling ExpressRooter to deal with the plumbing issues at all of our rental properties.

Noticed a water stain in our Family Room on the main floor of our home. Called Express Rooter about 10:30am. Said they would send someone to take a look at it between 1pm and 3pm. Low and behold got a call from Chris and was here at noon. Sourced the leak as a pinhole in the copper elbow of a copper tube. Fixed it and no leak since then. He had to move a room of heavy furniture and did not complain at all. Cleaned up after the mess that was made from cutting through the drywalled ceiling as well. Very clean, easy to understand, and very cooperative. Would highly recommend. Will keep their name on file for all of my future plumbing needs

I called up ExpressRooter based on seeing them many times on TV and based on their top Homestars rating. I was not disappointed. Chris called me back sameday and came over the next day. He was a true professional: easygoing, happy to let me watch him work and answered all my questions. Chris' knowledge-level about type of clog/causes/maintenance was high and he was efficient and cleaned up after any mess caused by our drain clear. I am very happy with the service and results - I would reco to others anytime.

The plumber from Express Rooter was on time, took the time to explain all the work he proposed to do and completed the work efficiently. He took the time to check all of his work once water service was restored to my house (later that same day) and provided helpful advice to keep taps flowing well.

The basement toilet in our house was not draining properly and overflowing. We called ExpressRooter as they fixed an outside tap for us earlier this year. Within an hour Jason was at our house. He performed a camera and turns out the pipes were full of roots. First thing the next morning they had a crew set up to start working on the problem. These guys are AWESOME! Their work was quick, and very clean, you would never know they had dug up the floor. The whole problem was fixed in a few hours. I strongly recommend ExpressRooter and Jason! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, pleasant and professional! Great job guys!

I was washing my hands in my bathroom. I always take my wedding ring off so that I don’t lose it down the drain. Wouldn’t you know it, I knocked the ring off the back of the sink into my drain anyway! After trying to get it out with a coat hanger, I knew I was in over my head. I found ExpressRooter on the internet and called them because they said they do emergency calls. The person on the phone told me not to run any water, and they would juggle some jobs to get someone out ASAP! The plumber showed up within the hour and removed the u shaped pipe from underneath the sink. He tipped it over and out came my ring. I forgot to mention the plumber’s name was Chris. Thank you Chris. I will always call ExpressRooter from now on.
