Even though I did not procure their services for my plumbing issue <got a cheaper quote from competitor>, I was very impressed with ERPs initial call, prompt, courteous and professional in house inspection and follow up on tech inspection. I will def keep ERP in mind for future and, without hesitation, recommend them.

I had them scope my drains several times in the past 15 years, and they used to provide me with a DVD of it. They also did small plumbing jobs for me. Theyre very experienced and they wont cut corners by taping up leaks with duct tape, etc. But general contractors will cut corners by doing plumbing, electrical and HVAC themselves, when they dont know what theyre doing. Always use licenced technicians, even for drywalling and carpentry.

I was lucky to pick Express Rooter out of a number of plumbers to choose from on Google. They were the first to call me back the day after the huge rain storm and I got someone named Mark on the phone wanting to hear my problem. He assured me hed get to me as soon as possible and he did. Very fair about price up front before he attemped my issue. Will call for any plumbing service in the future.

Had a leak in the connection in sink. Called Express Router and we were able to get a quick appointment the next morning. Completed 2 jobs rather than one quite efficiently.

Mark is great - he replaced our powder room faucet and installed water shut-offs. More importantly, he found the water shut-offs for our entire condo when 4 other plumbers failed to do so! He truly cares and is very knowledgeable - great guy to work with and highly recommend!

Mike quoted a fair price and optional improvements for an immediate requirements, multiple item fixed job for my tenants. We have agreed to some and booked with city to shut off water. City valve was faulty and Mike had to put back the main valve with water coming in. All is well now and Mike has spent his time on phone with city and did not leave until the valve and leakage was stopped. All that, late on Saturday. Will absolutely contact Mike again for future jobs, Thank You for saving my bacon. Dimitry M.

Majid has replaced shut off valves, faucets and toilet fill valves in my condo and Im really happy with his work. He is diligent and makes sure to explain what is needed and also what isnt. He is now my go to for any plumbing work.

We called Express Rooter for a second opinion and we're so glad we did. Jason arrived the next morning. He listened carefully when we explained how sewage backed up in the downstairs shower when we drained the upstairs bath-tub and was quick to diagnose. He removed the toilet and put the scope down and discovered what he had expected, that the blockage was near the sewage back-up valve by the front of the house. Using the end of the scope, he broke up the blockage and everything drained away. He recommended that we replace the valve as a preventative measure because we could see some tree roots had got in. The price quoted is very reasonable. Express Rooter will apply for the permit (and also the city rebate of $1200). Jason is very professional, personable and easy to communicate with. My family has been with express rooter plumbing for many years. Usually the problem is fixed on 1st visit. However, in their most recent service visit, it wasnt done well 1st time. When I contacted the office, they followed up right the way and give me an appointment as early as possible. They make sure customers satisfaction. And thank you for the good work in the 2nd visit.
