I was very satisfied by the professionalism and quality of work by Tony and the office staff at ExpressRooter. Installing a new stop valve included me coordinating with the City for a water main shut off and the whole process went very smoothly, timing wise. Tony had to cut the drywall in my family room to access the pipe and made the smallest possible cut. Everything was left spotless and I can feel at ease knowing my old rusty valve has been replaced. I highly recommend this company.

Majid arrived a couple of hours after phoning the company. He snaked the line running to the street and repaired the work my husband did to the pipes below the laundry tubs. Wouldn't hesitate to call them the next time we have a plumbing problem.

Majid was extremely professional and polite on what was supposed to be a clogged pipe job and he found our actual problem which was a cracked pipe flooding our crawl space - messy job and much more work - he handled it as quickly as possible and very successfully. A++

We had a new toilet installed a year ago and found that it was leaking out the bottom. The previous plumber did a rush job that scratched my slate tiled floor because they did not put anything down to protect it. Mark from ExpressRouter came and inspected the job carefully and professionally and found that the wax seal had been compromised on the original install. He was very respective of our bathroom and careful to make sure he protected our floor and reinstalled the toilet properly. He did the job right. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

I just had the most wonderful experience with a professional young man from your company , Mark. My toilet needed a repair with the flapper and another working part. Mark was very professional and extremely courteous. He took time to explain fully the problem and showed this senior a great deal of respect. He went above and beyond in his service and he is indeed a credit to your company. Also, I might add that the gentleman who arranges the bookings initially is a delight to talk to . There are plumbers and than there is ExpressRooter Plumbing! Although, it was late in the day, Majid still managed to come and unclog my severely plugged-up toilet. He quoted the base cost and stuck to it. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. Yes, I definitely recommend ExpressRooter Plumbing!

The first plumber who came installed our new kitchen sink incorrectly. He did not follow the manufacturer's instructions, which distorted the area around the drain. This resulted in water pooling around the drain. The new faucet he installed was defective. The curvature of the spout directed water to the side. He insisted that there wasn't anything wrong with it, and insisted on proceeding with the install. This complicated returning the defective faucet. Worse than all this, he was impatient and rude. He was in a hurry to leave. I informed our contractor that we didn't want him back in our house. The second plumber from ExpressRooter had better people skills. However, after he opened the basket strainers and removed the plumber's putty that was causing the distortion, he stated that the sink was defective (water was still pooling around the drain) without admitting that the incorrect installation could have been the cause. He re-installed a water filter tap backwards while insisting that was the only way it could be installed. He did a poor job installing new taps in our powder room, which resulted in a second visit. We don't want to see him again, or any other plumber from ExpressRooter.
