10 stars hands down! My home had a drain back up causing a horrible mess in my basement. I called Expressrooter since I've seen them on Holmes on Homes and I figured they had to know there stuff. They were great from beginning to end. They sent a service technician quick, diagnosed the issue, and started the repair the same day with a crew. The work was done by the next day, basement was left clean you couldn't tell the day before my basement was almost flooding. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we got. I will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you very much!

I called Express Rooter this past weekend for an issue with my toilet. The call taker booked an appointment for me and the plumber arrived within the hour. My toilet needed to be replaced which he was able to do in the same visit. A big thanks to Express Rooter for the great service.

I called ExpressRooter on Easter Monday to request service for a toilet that just would not flush. I tried everything and finally caved and called the experts. They sent someone within one hour to service the toilet. Chris was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly efficient and clean. He snaked the toilet and it was clear within 10 minutes. Amazing service for a holiday. I would hire them again in an instant.

I was very pleased with customer service I received from office dispatcher to plumber who was at my house. Appointment was booked for the same day and work was completed within price quotes upfront. Jamey came promptly as promised when I spoke with someone on the phone to come to the house. This problem has happened twice in the past and the plumbing company I called the first time did not solve the issue. I paid $500 per visit that they would remove the clog in the pipes and they offered to do a telescope camera in order to find the cause for another fee. This time I decided to call Express Rooter. And Jamey did the snake and camera and found out the cause of the blockage. This issue has been solved to our satisfaction.

Great! The plumber was on time, polite, and clearly explained the pricing and the work required. He did the job faster than expected and then went on his way. Awesome.

the plumber was polite,couteous, helpful to explain how I should shut mytape off in the fall. he replaced my washer, and put mytap back together I was very sastified with his work.again he was very honest and polite. forthat I will always call express rooter next time. the plumber was very knowlegable and explained what ineede todo at the end of the season, he greased my tap inside replaced the washwe for me and tested my tape before he left,he locked my garage door for me and thanked me for asking him to come today. the expressrooter company has highly trained plumbers who know their job well I would recommended them to my neighbours.

Express Rooter plumbing was quick to the rescue when our tenant wasn't able to turn on her shower. I called and they were on site within 2 hours. The completed the work within the day. I felt great about the work they completed and would use them again in the future!

I found this company on Mike Holmes Website. They participate in many of his videos. This is the second time I have had them repair several plumbing issues in my home. They arrive right on time, do excellent work and clean up after themselves. This time I had two leaking toilets that were just installed by someone else in Nov. I also had a leaking Ensuite faucet, a bathtub shower stop that wasn't working properly and needed new washers for my laundry taps. This work took 5 hours including a trip to Home Depot for a replacement toilet tank. I am female and appreciate very much they helped me do this as I can not lift the tank. The problems were very quickly diagnosed and my options were explained thoroughly. I will call them again when I need plumbing assistance in the future. This work was done in Vaughan.

I clogged the kitchen drain when putting food in the garburator early on a Sunday afternoon. After our 25 foot snake would not solve the problem, we called Express Rooter Plumbing. We chose this company from the favorable reviews on Homestars. Our call was answered by a real live person and Vladmir was at our door after about 1.5 hours. He was able to solve our problem and gave us some great preventative maintenance tips for the future. I hope we do not need to call them again but if we do we won't hesitate to do so. Plumbing fees are always high but I did not feel they were out of line and they did not charge a premium for coming during the weekend. Thanks Vladmir!!!
