This past weekend I noticed a leak from my upstairs bathroom going into my kitchen light fixture. I tried to locate where it was coming from but I wasn't having any luck. I was told to check Homestars for a plumber and started calling around. Expressrooter was able to book an appointment for me for the same afternoon. When the plumber (Chris) came out he did an diagnostic by exposing where the water was coming from and located the leak which was coming from....my bathtub. Thankfully he was able to fix the pipe and I didn't have to tear apart my bathroom. The same visit I got my toilet reset since it was starting to come loose but was still fairly new. Great service, neat work, cleaned up everything. Much thanks to Chris for the help! He is now my go-to plumber.

I live in a downtown condo and only have one bathroom so when my toilet blocked I started calling around for emergency plumbing companies. I called Express rooter plumbing because I've seen them on Holmes in the past. I got same day service and the plumber was a really cool guy! Thanks.

Great work from the jump! My initial call was a few weekends ago for a clogged toilet, sink, and leaky tap. I tried clearing the toilet myself which usually works but not this time I think I actually made it worse. They sent Tony to my house, he was on time, had shoe boots to not bring dirt in, and he was fully equipped to do the job. Pretty good for my first call to a plumber! Thanks :)

Had a very high water pressure read. Great service from Tony, he confirmed my initial suspicion and he was very knowledgebale and experienced, he explained everything and why the work had to be done. Work seemed so easy and very, very nicely done. You can tell when someone knows his stuff. After the instalation of a prwssure reducing valve and calibration if an expansion tank ALL WATER HAMMER WERE GONE!! Cost was fairly high at $1,100 (based in what i had originally expected $500) but results better than anticipated. Express Rooters are now my go-to plumbers, very trustworthy.

Chris, the plumber from Express Rooter called an hour ahead of the scheduled appointment and explained thoroughly how their company work. He also came early as requested and did an absolute fantastic job in installing our dishwasher with our a bit complicated plumbing system. Very nice and professional man. Honest. Cleaned up afterwards. We were totally happy with the service provided by Express Rooter. Thank you!

Tech was on time and had all the right parts and tools needed for the job. I've used Expressrooter before for a major floor in my basement and they did a great job as well. I will continue to use them and recommend to others. Vlad was the plumber this visit he was really helpful and cleaned everything up. Awesome service!

My main shut off valve was leaking in my basement so I looked online for a plumber in my area. I came across Expressrooter and called them. The receptionist said they could get someone out the same morning and also contacted the City to come shut off the water. Work was done same day and I'm happy with the service I received. Very smooth experience for my first time calling a plumber. I would recommend using them.

The drain shared by my bathroom and kitchen was clogged. I tried the plunger and other various chemicals, but nothing worked. The chemicals actually made it worse! I needed someone to come quickly and Tony from Expressrooter was there the same day. It took a while to clear it, but they finally got it and it has been clear ever since! Tony also gave me some at home preventative tips to avoid this from happening again. I also saved some money by getting a membership. If you need a plumber these are the guys to call! I never write reviews about companies but I had to share my overall experience with express rooter plumbing. I called them last Thursday with an overflowing toilet, bathroom sink, and upstairs toilet. Super gross! But they were able to get me someone the same day and really quick. Jason arrived and started working right away. He discovered a section in my drain was blocked and should be replaced. I wasn't forced to go ahead with this work but my house is very old and I didn't want it to get worse and cost me twice in the long run. I decided to go ahead with the work and a crew was set to start the next day. In the end, my toilets and sinks are working perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. You guys really know what you're doing! Thanks to Jason for answering all my thousands of questions and thanks to the crew for your hard work in fixing my drains.

Thank you Express Rooter Plumbing, not only for the work that was performed in the replacement of my bathroom fixtures. The work was done in a timely manner, with lots of care to replace and use new replacement parts, even when a particular part did not need replacing. The technician was maticulous in ensuring that the job was done right the first time. He also carefully explained the care for the faucets, and even gave recommendation on usage of other fixtures in my house.
