Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with Express Rooter plumbing. Tony always arrived on time and ready to work. The quote was quite high compared to the other quote I received but I decided to go with them anyway in the hopes that I'd see results from the extra cost. Tony was friendly and very informative about the work. He did an inspection of much of our existing plumbing and tested our water pressure which was found to be higher than is generally preferred. The first visit he helped me rip out my old bathtub and he installed the rough-in for my new bathtub. He also finished the rough-in for my bathroom sink which was not in the quote, nor was I charged for it. On the second visit, he completed the rough-in for the shower-bathtub which was the majority of the cost. He also replaced my two shut-off valves and supply lines for my two toilets free of charge as a precautionary extra. I was certainly pleased with the freebies and the general swiftness with which it was completed. I watched Tony complete the entire job as I was interest in learning about it. He worked very meticulously and carefully and double-checked every cut and solder etc that was done including a full system check at the end. It was recommended to me that I insulate the pipes when he was finished to help reduce heat loss and noise which I did. Overall I feel the price was a little high but the service was fantastic. I generally would prefer a lower initial cost up front and then have to pay a little extra for the optional freebies after but that is just me.

I knew I needed to find a company that was reputable for my bathroom renovation after having a contractor completely take advantage of me financially for my basement reno. I went on to Homestars and started calling for quotes. Expressrooter wasn't the cheapest, but I wasn't making that mistake twice going for the least expensive contractor. The plumbing work was done in 3 days and everything not only works but it looks amazing. I wish I had dealt contractors like this from the beginning but you have to learn for yourself. Thanks to Marcin & Adam for all your help and answering all my questions through this project.

Where do I start....first I'd like to give these guys a big thank you for the work that they did. My first call the call taker was friendly and assured a plumber would be sent the time and day I requested. On the day of my appointment the plumber was on time as promised, gave me a quote on the spot, and was fully equipped to do the work the same day but I decided to book the work for another day. Work was done great, any mess was cleaned up, and most importantly I'm stressfree! Couldn't ask for a better contractor to deal with. Thanks a lot for the help!

Leaking seal on toilet tank. Quoted work in advance. Wrong replacement seal used requiring second attendance (no charge), but return was prompt on same day. Additional replacement of inside tank parts (unplanned & quoted). Total cost expensive for nature of job.

Amazing service and work ethic! I had a rather larger job at my house I got my clay drains upgraded and the back room in my basement fixed. Yes it was pricy, but my basement is dry for the first time in years. I am now confident to get my basement renovated...maybe next Spring. Thanks to Vasyl and Jamey for your help!

Needed a plumber a few days ago when my garborator went out on us and a plumber was sent the next day which was around my schedule so it worked out perfectly. The work was done efficiently and didn't take very long. I'm very happy with the service and I will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

I bought called express rooter to get two toilettes installed. The plumber bought them, replaced them, and took the old ones. Really nice plumber and good service. He added shut off valves too without charges. Thanks for the help. Also the plumbers name was Tony I should have mentioned that in the beginning. Thanks Tony.

Great plumber!! Called for service on a few of my taps that needed replacing. The plumber who arrived was on time and did the work quick and efficient. Doesn't get any better than this!

I called Expressrooter to get two toilets replaced. Both of them worked but I wouldn't last much longer. I called and set up an appointment for an evening after I finished work. Tech (Vlad) was on time, had all the proper tools, and cleared everything up when he was finished. Good work, pricing was fair for the service I got. Thanks.

Our plumbing technician was Vlad and he was a thorough diagnostician. He found a bathtub leak after methodically checking all the possibilities for a leak. The fix was quick and simple and implemented expertly. I really appreciated ExpressRooter and Vlad's skills. I would use their service again and recommend them to my friends.
