We had a mystery leak in the kitchen that appeared to be coming from either the upstairs bathroom or possibly the roof. 2 plumbers looked at the problem. The first plumber thought it might be a roof leak, which made sense, so we did a minor repair and the problem seemed to stop. Then it reappeared about a week later. The second plumber know immediately that it was an old galvanized pipe in the wall that likely eroded and was leaking. He was right. He also knew that the water lines in the upstairs bathroom were likely new and that the leaking pipe wasn't attached to anything, so he clamped it off in the basement. While it was a HUGE risk to do that (he was only 90% sure), we couldn't turn on the water anyways, so we took the chance. Problem solved and we didn't have to rip out the bathroom!

We were having issues with our kitchen drain system. We have been snaking, and power flushing then a few months later our floor drains backed up again. So I called Express Rooter and Tony showed up. He inspected our drains and recommended to put a 2 way clean out outside the building. Tony is very patient, informative and professional. He also referred another company to do a heavy power flushing. This company cleared our drain and we're very happy with the result. Thank you Express Rooter!!!

We had a drain issue and called ExpressRooter as they had good reviews here. They came out the next day and the plumber was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. He found another issue with our plumbing that our builder had overseen, and provided a quote. Did not feel pressured at all (which is unusual!). Highly recommended!
