I was so impressed with ExpressRooter's fast, professional and efficient service. We had an unfortunate back-up in our basement the moments our first Christmas house guests arrived, and they were able to come and diagnose the problem within the hour and came back the very next morning to fix the issue-- on Christmas Eve! Really appreciated their willingness to help me out with a speedy fix at a reasonable rate.

Called in the morning and explained that I had a leak that appeared to originate from the powder room vanity and was leaking through the plumbing into the basement. The receptionist who answered the phone was excellent advised that the plumber would be there the same morning and the plumber (Andrew) arrived on time as promised. He listened and then investigated and provided a couple of solutions. A written estimate was provided and he completed the work quickly and was very efficient. The price for the work seemed a little high, but the piece of mind is worth it to have a qualified person perform the work. Thanks for helping us out. The Gallant's

Totally rip off for part price and service. When plumber purchase part for Shower Cartridge as around $400 and asked receipt. But actual price was $140 and charged replacement of cartridge as almost $300. I

I was worried today after snaking the main sewer line that possibly a pipe was broken. I called express rooter at 9 am. Jamey showed up at 10 15. He reassured me that it likely was not a broken pipe but was going to have a look with the camera. I was really impressed with the service and relieved that he was right, no broken pipes. He really knew what he was talking about and showed a lot of patience with all the questions I put at him. I would definitely recommend express rooter. Rick.

I had an emergency clogged toilet situation on a Saturday and found ExpressRooter online. I was able to contact the company via telephone while running errands and the initial contact process was smooth and professional. The plumber was able to come earlier than anticipated and contacted me directly. He was professional and efficient and had all the tools/materials needed to unclog the toilet. The final bill was steep but may be the industry standard. I was happy with the job.

I called first thing in the morning, arranged for someone to come by noon, and the service person was on time! There were 4 jobs needed to be done--kitchen faucet replacement, removal of a garburator, repair outside leaky faucet, and hook up water in laundry room sink. Very professional and efficient--knew how much each job cost before work began and everything was completed extremely well. Comforting to know there is 90 day warranty on all work completed. Highly recommend this company and thank you!

Once again I have used ExpressRouter for my plumbing needs. Basement Bathroom: - This bathroom was installed poorly by original owners. All the above ground water connections needed to be replaced. They were poorly done and in the wrong place. ExpressRouter (Tony) replaced all plastic flexible tubing with copper piping, at my request. The piping was relocated to permit me to install an exhaust fan via a shorter more efficient route. A hole was drilled through the foundation wall to permit an exhaust pipe. The existing toilet was removed and later replaced and reconnected once my renovations were completed. Kitchen: - I had Tony remove and replace the under sink plumbing and bring it to better than code standards. He added a cleanout access pipe to facilitate cleaning the downstream line should the line ever become blocked with food etc. He also installed an under sink water filter for our drinking water tap. - In the basement he replaced all downstream Kitchen piping to the sewer stack because it was poorly installed and partially blocked with hardened grease etc. Outside Tap: - Tony installed an outside frost free tap system so that I could easily hook up my garden hose in a convenient spot. Quality: Tony did a very professional job and kept the site clean.

My toilet was clogged and ExpressRooter showed up within an impressive 30 minutes of calling. The problem was fixed in minutes. It appeared expensive ($179 for a few minutes of drain snaking). But given the emergency, I did not have the time to compare prices and can only assume that this is the going standard industry rate. Toni, while there, also checked on a couple of water proofing issues, which I am looking forward to receive a quote for.

This company saved me from plumbing nightmares! For a year I struggled with a toilette that backed up every other time that I flushed it. I tried many companies who told me it was the toilette, (so new toilette), to it being the paper, or that nothing was wrong. After several thousands of dollars, Jamey came in and assessed the problem immediately. I told him it was impossible because other companies have been in and put a camera down and have seen nothing. Low and behold, Jamey was right! There was something stuck in my stack. Lucky for us, the location of the object that was stuck was behind our pantry and they were able to cut into the wall, remove that part of the stack and fix my problem. Several months later, everything is great and I dont have to worry everytime I flush the toillette! These guys really know their plumbing!!! I would never use anyone else and recommend them to everyone who will listen to my story!!! Thanks so much!!

I called John, from ExpressRooter, for installation of a vanity, sink and faucet. Vlad, the plumber, arrived on-time and did an excellent job; the work was completed in a few hours and the job site was cleaned up afterwards -- all very professional. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Both John and Vlad were very courteous and I definitely would consider using ExpressRooter again, in the future.
