Expressrooter was very professional and got the job done in two days in the middle of frozen winter. Clean up was exceptional and the site manager was present each day as well as when the city inspector came. He was very knowledgeable and informative, explaining every step in the process in a very clear way. We certainly made the right decision in calling a reputable, professional, and experienced team.

We had a leak in the ceiling of our dining room. It was a Sunday morning, and John the dispatcher was able to get someone to us at a time that worked for us, and gave me the upfront costs. Victor, the plumber who worked on the job, told me exactly what he was going to do, the approximate costs involved and different options. I would be very happy to use them again!

Arrived on time, explained the scope of work, left the basement immaculate, and followed up with city on our behalf to ensure rebate processed. What more can you ask for in an emergency situation?

I had a sudden water leak in my kitchen. Andrew, from Express Rooter, arrived and quickly located the problem. Additionally,he replaced two pipes that had deteriorated. I meant to give the company 8 out of 10 and not 4 out of 10. Rest assured I was satisfied with the repair work done on the faucet. Please accept my comments per last posting but not the 4 out of 10 review.

I had a lose pipe in my garage that I used to water my front lawn. Tony came by and just over an hour later it was repaired. He was courteous, helpful and friendly. And we felt the price was fair. We'd definitely have ExpressRooter back again.

Our Express Rooter experience was great. During the inspection he didn’t try to oversell us on work we didn’t need, and but was able to provide some great advice on general maintenance while recommending some reasonable work that really needed doing. Everything was on time, on budget and very pleasant.

I was looking for a plumber to fix the leak in our washroom then I came across with express rooter plumbing with lots of good reviews. I decided to contact them and I was able to set an appointment on the same day, I would like to thank Matt Mcmillan, he is the service technician who came over 2 hours early and fixed the issue so quickly and also give tips and advice regarding plumbing problems. I am very satisfied with the service and I will surely call express rooter again for plumbing issues.

I was looking for a good plumber to fix a minor problem in the washroom. ExpressRooter Plumbing was wonderful. They were there a few minutes before the agreed time. They had the answer to the plumbing issued within a few minutes and fixed within a half hour. There prices are very reasonably; their employees are friendly and polite and overall I enjoyed dealing with them. I would definitely use them again.

Vlad arrived on time for the first visit. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him the repairs that I wanted and he took the time to explain what would be required for the repairs. After this he prepared a written quote for me. The work was completed in 2 visits as some parts had to be secured later. The price is certainly not the cheapest but is on par with other plumbing companies. Overall, the experience was very good. All the work was done.
