Old toilet in basement had an intermittent leak from the tank to the bowl. In addition, there were cracks in the tank to begin with when we bought the house. We ordered a new American Standard toilet from Home Depot, had it delivered to the house, and called Vlad at Express Rooter Plumbing to install it. He was meticulous about the install - everything from balancing to caulking. We will not hesitate to call Vlad again for future work at our home.

We had an emergency water leak on main floor of 3/floor apartment and potential serious water damage but Tony came pretty quickly. Not only did he fix the issue but trouble shooted several areas of potential future problems and fixed them as well. He also pointed out energy and water savings and we will hire them again for sure. Tony was polite, professional, clean and thorough. He even gave me ride to the subway when he was done. We highly recommend RooterExpress.

we had our house renovated completely. the plumbers we hired were not that good. I called express rooter to fix some plumbing issues & they did a great job. I wish we had hired them on our project the 1st time.

We had a toilet that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling below, an old insinkerator we wanted removed and an annoying toilet that rocked when you sat on it. We called Express Rooter and I was impressed immediately by the fact that they actually answer the phone and got us an appointment quickly. Our plumber was Andrew and he was amazing! He showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I learned a lot. He was punctual, efficient, and cleaned everything up after he left. Hard to come by a trade like this these days. We will definitely use this company again!

Company was prompt and courteous with providing all options. A professional estimate was given including recommended products. Then, at time of installation, the plumber was very efficient and assembled the new toilet correctly. The leak was fixed and the new toilet functioned perfectly.

We own and rent out a house. The tenant called Friday at 3:30pm to say that the floor drain had backed up. I found Express Rooter on the Internet and called them at 4pm. Between 6&8 pm a technician arrived, cleared the blockage and cleaned up the basement floor. Tenants were thrilled that I repaired it so quickly. Unfortunately our sewer backed up. After having received three shady quotes we came across a gentleman who had told us that we should go with express rooter. We called and they came to give us a free estimate. Other companies that supposedly had "great reviews" on other sites were charging for their estimates. Express rooter came and, using their camera (which other companies said they would charge us for during the estimate), showed us the issue and explained clearly what they would be doing, time frame, cost, etc. We found them professional, efficient and dependable. I would definitely use them again. Great service! you can depend on them. I opted to write this review given our experience shopping around with other plumbers.

I moved into a new home a few weeks ago and on my way out to work one morning, I noticed water leaking from a light fixture in my living room. I wasn't sure who to call or what to expect; but I was definitely afraid of what the $$$'s could end up being to deal with this issue. I remembered seeing a TV show a few months back and being really impressed with the work they'd done on a home-renovation project. So I called ExpressRooter, and man, I wasn't disappointed. From the person who answered my call to the actual plumbing-expert who visited my home a few hours later, their level of service and professionalism is exceptional!!!
