Very pleased with the service and expertise. Very clean and I appreciated that they saved the crown molding in dining room while replacing piping from 2nd floor to basement. They also alerted me to roof leaks found during the service. They sent in a team to ensure repair was completed in one day. can see why they are endorsed by Mr. Holmes.

I have been using Express Rooter for a couple years now and have to say that they are the ONLY plumbing company that I trust with complete piece of mind. They are exceptionally professional and ALWAYS get the job done right in a very timely fashion without requiring constant supervision. They have done complete basement drain replacements for me, sewage stack replacements (while I wasn't even in town!), fixture installations, have completely plumbed a triplex gut/reno, and I ALWAYS call them to do my camera drain inspections when I buy a house or before I do basement renovations. Their team of experts are second to none & the owner Marcin Wroblewski is simply phenomenal at trouble shooting the most perplexing issues which have left other plumbers stumped. There simply isn't a better company I can recommend!

We had a clogged drain in our shower. I had tried to snake it myself without much luck. Once I gave up and called ExpressRooter, they came the same day and had it cleared in less than 10 minutes. Good, quick service and reasonably priced.

I had a problem with water in my finished basement and was very worried that it would be ruined. Within an hour Jason arrived, as he said he would. The problem was diagnosed (main drain clogged and broken sewer pipe)...and the drain was snaked and cleared..with the camera I could see exactly what the problem was and now can be proactive in fixing it. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous...very happy he came out late on family day! My basement survived thankfully....I would definitely use this company again.

We had water leaking into our basement and hired Express Rooter to do the waterproofing. Although they were the most expensive quote we got, we decided to go with them because of their reputation and link to Holmes on Homes. We also felt comfortable spending more money because they came with a 25 year warranty. They did the work, but we did have one issue. They left a hole open from the side of our house to our basement. We asked that they cover it in case it rains so no mud/rain will come in. They assured us this didn't have to be done. The rain came and we ended up with muddy water in our basement. Needless to say, we were very upset about that. I don't know if they're worth the money they charge.
