I had no idea who to contact so I found several plumbing companies online and called each one. I didn't have a big requirement immediately, but lots of little jobs. Not knowing anyone, I wasn't sure if I would get the level of service I wanted with the little jobs. But I wanted to see how well the little jobs went before moving into some of the bigger work we have waiting. I also have a very busy career and couldn't be at home during the day. After having called several other numbers without connecting, I called Express Rooter. For one thing, a real human answered the phone. The responsiveness, knowledge and interest of the person who answered the phone was a great indication to me of the customer experience I could expect. Then he made it very easy by offering an evening or weekend time for an initial consult. When Express Rooter's Marcin arrived for an initial consultation with me, he spent lots of time listening and inspecting, made some immediate recommendations - and also advised where we just shouldn't bother spending. The office team are fantastic and highly responsive. After discussing requirements with Marcin, I received a quote for the work in a very timely fashion. The team that came to do the work came at the appointed time, was respectful of our home and my elderly mother who was on site, did all the work we asked them to do very well, and cleaned up everything beautifully before leaving. There were one or two items that needed revisiting after the initial work was done. The office followed up twice to make sure we had an appointment to get the work completed. This is the mark of tremendous customer service. Express Rooter is a terrific group to work with and I would recommend the to anyone, for jobs small, medium or large. We will be calling them for our next job which is going to be more substantial.

I own an early century home and recently experienced a backup of water through the basement floor drain. Jason did the video scope and showed me where a section of the drain was damaged. Having had to call the city in the past to unplug the drain in the front of the house I decided to have the drain updated to the newer PVC piping system. Jason explained the work thoroughly and showed me how the whole system works. The crew were conscientious and hardworking and left the site in mint condition.

We had been dealing with a infrequent smell in our basement. Martin from Express Rooter came to our house, did an extremely thorough inspection. Martin detected a very minor issue to which I spent a total of $4.97 on, and our issue is completely gone!! He also came back for a follow up visit to ensure he got the issue resolved as he knew how upset we were. Martin and every single person I have dealt with in his company have been extremely professional and thorough. I will NEVER use anyone else other this company - were values and morals match their expertise! It is no surprise Mike Holmes prefers to work with Express Rooter.

We had a clogged sink in our home so we called ExpressRooter to come and clear it out. From the initial call to the actual service, they were nothing but polite, and got the job done professionally. Would highly recommend them.

From the initial phone call to ExpressRooter to the end of the job, I felt the service was impeccable! The person on the phone was efficient and she clearly estimated when the plumber would arrive (the same day of my call). Rob arrived and provided an estimate of the cost before he began. He did not charge by the hour, and when a part was not available, he took the time to drive to a nearby hardware store--no extra charge. We had a leak from our second floor shower into our living room. The plumber was able to locate the issue and fix the problem very quickly. The plumber was very professional and the price was pretty good.

When my wife had finished the laundry one day we noticed our sewers had been blocked and caused raw sewage to start bubbling up from the floor drain...YUCK!! so I found express rooter through the mike holmes connection and gave them a call, and boy am I glad I did ! It turned out that I had tree roots in most of my drains in the basement and leading to the street, Jason g arrived at our house within one hr of my call and showed us via his drain scope that the drains needed replacing. I can now sleep comfortably knowing this disaster will not happen again, I know its done right jason explained everything in detail and showed us while the crew worked dilligently, the cleanup at the end was great too I coud barely tell my entire basement had been torn up just days before ( and also a lifetime warrenty is very comforting) I know jason and express rooter will always be there for me and i would highly reccomend them
