Jason and his team worked really hard and went the extra mile, doing a thorough job. We has an emergency situation and we were accommodated the next day. They repaired what was only needed with minimal damage. Thank you! We can see why this is the company that Mike Holmes trusts!

Following a thorough and informative plumbing inspection, I had the ExpressRooter plumber return to replace two tub drains and re-plumb the hot water tank in my mechanical room. The plumber identified a problem on the initial inspection where by my hot water was leaching out of my tank back into the city main feed to the house. When the condition was corrected another problem with my HVAC was found that was being masked by the initial problem (I have a high velocity system which utilizes the hot water tank for heating of the house). Having the plumbing corrected allowed the identification and subsequent repair of a separate HVAC issue that would have resulted in a failure of heating system as well as the hot water tank. We are having our driveway repaved, and before doing that, I thought it would be wise to inspect the sewer line for any problems. I called ExpressRooter, and Jason came out the next day. He checked the pipe with a camera, and found a partial blockage (but no damage). He then ran his rotating cleaner through the pipe and cleared the blockage, and then re-inspected with the camera. All is good. Very informative and friendly. I would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Very friendly and fast. Called them up that morning and they were out the same afternoon and had the repair completed and tested in less than 40 minutes.

Jason came out to my house within the hour of calling. Very professional and fixed the problem I had with my basement drain. Very impressed with his service and nice fella.

My first time ever dealing with a sewer backing up. So when I called ExpressRooter I was impressed when Bob arrived at 9pm.
