Very polite, considerate and quietly worked on his own. I would highly recommend Yuri for any new customers and if anymore work should be needed I would ask for him to come back.

The overall experience was very good. Yuri was an A+ technician who worked at our issues with in a good timely manor. I would love to have Yuri back again for any plumbing needs!

I have used Expressrooter plumbing on a few occasions, for repairing leaky toilets, replacing vanity counters and taps to replacing a hose bib and water shut off valve etc. On some calls I was able to get same day service. I will be using their services in the near future to install a new dishwasher.

As always, I called ExpressRooter and they came to help me out. The work was done fast. Great service guy. Great office staff (so pleasant) and great price! Thanks again to all of you!

Robert came to my home on time as the appointment. He did very good job to replace my leaking outdoor faucet. It is a very nice experience to work with ExpressRooter.

Bob showed up within the promised time window and got to work. Very efficient, was done in an hour. A relatively expensive repair but I don't expect to worry about it again, after all Mike Holmes uses them.

I called in the morning and given a window of 12 to 2 the same day. Rob promptly arrived a little after noon, provided a reasonable quote, and resolved the issue within a half an hour. In addition, he explained how the diverter mechanism should be used to ensure a long life. Honesty, as someone who can be cynical of overcharging service personnel, I believe that Express Router is a prime example of honest professionals who take pride in their work. Rob, job well done!

I called them to run 2 water lines from the main to the outside. John showed up listened carefully to what I needed done. He explained in a clear, concise fashion what needed to be done in a matter of minutes. He showed up and did the work quickly and neatly. We now have to proper weather resistant taps that are rock solid and don't leak ( a first for me). I'm not sure if they're the chepeast but I'll be calling them for any future plumbing needs. By the way he had car trouble with his truck on the day he was supposed to come. The office called promptly and informed us of the day delay. No problem as these things happen. My past experience with most contractors is they don't show and don't call.

My Wife and I bought a house in March and had Express Rooter come in and quote on some work that the home inspector suggested we have done. Express Rooter told us we didn't actually need to be done saving us a significant amount of money. 2 weeks later, our upstairs tub drained into our kitchen. Express Rooter had someone out quickly, and at a time that was convenient for us. They were very up front about costs and gave us several repair options to choose from. I was very satisfied with the work they did for us and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bob and his team made a very stressful situation manageable. Because he explained everything very well and assured us that things would get done right. We look forward to working with ExpressRooter for other future projects.
