I write a review regarding the great service we received last night. I called your hotline and was able to get a service guy out to our house within the hour. Vlad was able to identify that the leak in our kitchen was our faucet and gave us three options to choose from as a replacement. Vlad was able to complete the work within a timely fashion and was quite pleasant. Thank you for providing us with a quick fix and not having to disrupt our working day with a household repair. We have some additional plumbing work that needs to be done in the near future. I will absolutley be calling you back! Thank you again.

John in dispatch was great. Vlad's third visit to our home was last Sunday, and he completed the work in just a few hours. He cleaned up and left the place as spotless as one can leave a construction site. This was a day earlier than we had anticipated him. COOL! He is a pleasure to have in your home. Express Rooter has superlative service. I have been a client for almost three years. They are prompt, careful and the work is superlative. Vlad is the BEST. This time he worked for over 8 solid hours--nonstop, removing old pipes carefully, installing new pipes so perfectly it looked like artwork, and installed a dryer vent. I always ask for Vlad since he has now repaired/replaced most of the house plumbing--and he gives great advice as well. He is exceptional and now I don't worry anymore knowing that Express Rooter (and Vlad) are there for me night and day, weekend or not. As well, Vlad was so conscientious he recommended another superlative company to dig into my basement to instal proper and safe pipes. They too were excellent and wonderful people (PV Drain Services Co, Vasyl) which added to the cost by 1500 but the work was necessary and neat, fast, and exceptional quality/safety. Vlad should be the employee of the year--and Express Rooter is the best plumbing company--quality of work and trust is exceptional. Thank you.

Very professional crew. All communication with Express Rooter was positive. They showed up when they said they would and they completed the job when they said they would. Good job!

Vlad was great. knowledgeable, quick and reasonable. He also helped me get to the bottom of a mould mystery in my ceiling and a water pressure issue as part of his visit.

We had a backup occur in our basement laundry room as well as a drain found in the wall of our bathroom. We called DrainRescue who did the original camera inspection and drain snake. They then gave us a quote for replacing a five foot section of pipe with dual clean outs. (The same service as late quoted by ExpressRooter). The plumber at drain rescue also found another issue where the pipe leaves our house (misalignment) which he said is likely to be an issue in the future and recommended pipe bursting the entire "clay" pipe. I contacted ExpressRooter for a second opinion and a quote. Jason came and we had a second video inspection done to allow for an accurate quote. Immediately from the colour camera (DrainRescue used a black and white model which may have made the material assessment of the pipe difficult) used he could tell it was not a clay pipe, it was asbestos. In addition when inspecting the second "problem area" found by DrainRescue he ran the water and showed that the misalignment was not in the path the waste water travels in. It was at the top of the pipe and likely there since it was initially installed (1960's house). There was only a need to replace the section of pipe where the tree root had caused damage. There was a small issue during installation as we had requested that the clean outs were put below grade and had to remind them afterwards and have the height corrected lower, still not exactly where planned but it is acceptable and Jason offered to have it cut lower if we wanted it done. Overall I am very happy with working with Jason and the team at ExpressRooter. He gave honest advice and competitive prices. He also answered other plumbing questions I had asked him while onsite. Excellent customer service!

The technician did an outstanding job at diagnosing the problems in a very timely and clear understandable way. Jason gave all options available and explained each one to the fullest. Extremely professional job!

Given the severity of the problem (old, steel stack that had fractured vertically & the necessity of digging up 1/2 the length of the front yard), the work was clean and the team was committed to returning the garden bed to its original condition. I was able to take photographs of the damaged pipe and they also sent me some electronically. I have already referred Express Router to another prospective home buyer. Thank you!
