I called Express Rooter given their ratings when my shower handle stopped working. One of their plumbers came and fixed it quickly. I was happy with his speed, knowledge and personality but not happy with how he left my brand new, very expensive cartridge/handle system. He used a wrench to tighten it without anything between it and the fine metal and it scratched it up to the points where the metal covering is missing. It looks terrible. He made no apologies and when I emailed the company with a photo of it I did not receive a signal reply. Very poor customer service.

Broken bath faucet; water would not shut off. ExpressRooter were top-notch: quick to answer my call, arrived within 1.5 hrs, provided an estimate for the work to be done, and completed the job very well. Vlad, who works for ExpressRouter, is excellent!

We woke up this morning to a leak from our shower flooding our kitchen. Called ExpressRooter and they had a technician as promised at our house within two hours. Vlad was very thorough explaining what needed to be done. His quality and workmanship were great and after the job was completed he went over his work to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

I chose ExpressRooter because of their rating at Home Stars and from seeing them work with Mike Homes. Bob Trollope came, inspected, and quoted a price that was was right The final bill was exactly what he quoted. He didn't try to up-sell me for work that was unnecessary. The crew and the work was outstanding. They arrived on time, did the job, and cleaned up before leaving. Everyone at ExpressRooter was professional, courteous, and congenial. When I called them back to fix a minor drain location problem, they immediately returned to fixed everything to my and my clients total satisfaction. I have no complaints what-so-ever and I highly recommend ExpressRooter. They set the benchmark for service in the GTA. I'm giving them 10 stars.

After our storm sewers were blocked and our basement partially flooded, we were thinking the worst, but we were pleasantly surprised when ExpressRooter solved the problem with only one visit. They put a special video camera down the downspout and saw the total blockage immediately. With their rooting tools they relieved the problem. We called Expressrooter with a list of several Plumbing jobs to be done, including: installation of a dishwasher, snaking a drain, changing a sink drain, installation of a shut-off valve, replacing a length of copper pipe that was corroded, removing 2 old hose bibs and installing new hose bibs, camera inspection of main drain. This work was done over 2 days. Rob arrived on time both days. The work was done to our satisfaction.

We had leaky facets in my kitchen and bathroom for a long time. It started from a very small amount then it was leaking more and more. Finally i searched for plumbers, found this company. They seems to have a reasonable price so i had them to fix. This guys are so quick, professional, and affordable. Very happy with their service!

When we noticed our basement drains backing up and flooding a little we called ExpressRooter as we had used them previously in replacing a toilet stack. During the initial appointment the technician snaked the basement line with a camera and discovered backup due to tree roots growing into the pipes. He was very straight forward with us from the beginning letting us know that the visibility wasn't great and that they wouldn't know how far the damage went without opening the ground. They ended up needing to replace more of the piping than we anticipated, but now that the pipes are all plastic with a lifetime warrantee we never need to worry about roots invading again. It was an unexpected cost that was definitely hard to swallow, but the quick way it was dealt with definitely helped.

We contacted ExpressRooter to look into a leaking pipe which turned out to be a lead pipe that needed to be removed and replaced with a copper pipe. The entire experience was pretty much perfect from beginning to end - they were thorough, communicative, professional, and did a great job. I would recommend ExpressRooter to anyone.

After much research on the plumbing companies servicing Toronto, I decided to call Express Rooter. The entire staff was amazing. I worked closely with Melissa and Marcin. Marcin worked around my hectic schedule to visit the house, review and quote the work required stemming from the findings during the home inspection. Marcin explained the details of the work required to bring the plumbing up to code. Marcin also identified potential future issues due to poor home maintenance habits. A detailed quote and scope of work was emailed as promised within two days after my initial meeting. Marcin and team completed the work on time and in budget as promised. He even went above and beyond by installing a laundry sink after removing the old unit. It was a very nice surprise to see the sink and faucet hooked up. Marcin is now on my speed dial for all upcoming home reno plumbing improvements and regular maintenance. It will be a pleasure to refer Marcin and team to my family, friends and colleagues in search of a plumber. I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Express Rooter. Such a great professional team.
