I had called ExpressRooter for a drain issue at my house and they sent out Jason Gibson. Jason was great. He explained everything in detail. He is a true professional!

Jason Gibson came to our house today to review a partial blockage in our basement drain pipe. Jason recommended the right solution and was courteous and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason and ExpressRooter to someone!

My problem was with the bathroom shower faucet that was constantly running. I was very very satisfied with Vlad!. He did a great job for me and provided very professional services.

My toilet just decided not to work one day, so i called them up. They came in a day or so, and had to replace it because the water intake valve was broken in half somehow. Oh well, they were quick and very nice.

What to say, first if you buy a old house and you see a pipe coming out in your front yard, it is call Trap breather, open the cap and check if you can see water if you see that you have a problem like mine, do not trust your building inspector. Anyway, I got more problem with my sewer in my old house and had to find somebody to come and find out what was the problem. After 3 estimation and 3 same diagnostic, I get back to EXPRESS ROOTER PLUMBING. Bob was the first one to tell me was wrong with my sewer, just by looking in the Trap breather and dropping 2 penny in to the pipe and the problem was find, he give me a price it was more expensive then the two odder companies , but I really want to work with ERP they work with Mike Holmes. (Bob save me 300$ because after I telling him what happening lately he decide do not doing the camera checkups, he know what was wrong). Friday 22 Jul 2011 In the same time I get the water line supply change from the city limit in to my house with a 1" cooper pipe. They arrived 15 minutes before the time they where suppose to arrive, all ready one good point for them. They cover my neighbour front yard with tarp and4 X 8 plywood to protect the their front yard. Start to work right away, after 7 hours of hard labour ( I would never be able to do that kind of work) everything was done, they clean after my front house and my neighbour front yard, they even put a new cap on the Trap breather neighbour. On Monday Bob came back to do the camera checkups and to bad for hem and thank god for me the inside pipe are in good shape. If all contractor would be like them Toronto would be a better place to make renovation. Go and look the picture you will see everything. Gilbert Dufour
