We were shocked to find out we had lead service leading into the house, but after getting several quotes from Homestars companies, we were most impressed with Express Router. Jason was very helpful, the rate was competitive, and the work was done on time. We would definitely recommend Express Router to anyone.

Our slow 30-year old toilets encouraged us to get some plumbing done around the house that had been on our to-do list for a while. We got a great deal on 3 high efficiency, low water consumption models. So we called our reliable contractor ExpressRooter Plumbing. On Friday of that week, Rob arrived at about 10 in the morning and left at the end of the day. In the bathrooms Rob removed the 3 old toilets and took them outside, installed the 3 new ones, and put in 3 new water shutoffs at our request. In the kitchen he took out the old faucet and a dead garburator, reconfigured the drain assembly more efficiently, and installed the new faucet and 3 new water shutoffs. On a relatively muggy day Rob kept the same hard-working pace until all the jobs were done to his and our satisfaction. His manner was pleasant, cooperative, and professional at all times. Each work area was left as neat and clean as when he arrived. It would be hard to imagine a better experience as a homeowner with a contractor in your house for the better part of the day Excellence is what we have come to expect from ExpressRooter over the years.

We recently purchase a home which had over 30 years of grease build up in underground drainage pipes. Our kitchen sink would constantly back-up if we ran the water for more than 20 minutes. We received several quotes from the "top companies" and decided to go with Express Router because of their price and the "Holmes" credibility. Jason came over and provided a detailed explanation of what the problem was, and his recommendation for a guaranteed fix. When the work was being done, Jason showed me via his scope camera that there was about 15 feet of pipe that was 95% clogged with grease. The grease was completely hard in some areas. Jason did an excellent job and after he was done he ran the camera again to show me the pipe from start to the end of the line leading to the street. The pipe was now completely clear and clean. The foul odor we used to have coming from the kitchen sink is now gone, and drain back ups are a thing of the past. Thank you Jason for doing such a thorough job and for taking the time to explain all the details. You are a true professional.

Within 2 hours after calling ExpressRooter, Jason a Service Technician showed up at my home. After thoroughly discussing all my options, he recommended a Camera Scope Inspection of my clay drainage pipes for both the storm and the sanitary sewage drains to check for possible blockage and breakage due to tree roots. During the entire scope he was explaining to me what he was looking for in great detail and made everything easy to understand. I was very impressed with Jason and thought ExpressRooter should be very proud to have such a kind, polite, courteous and very professional individual as him on their team. I would not hesitate to call ExpressRooter in the future to fix any of my plumbing problems.

I had Express Routers come in and assess how much it would cost to do these small jobs in my house. Robert came in and offered me a very reasonable price to fix these issues. This wasn't a big job but it was important to my family to get this done right and really understand what was going to be done. Robert did exactly that and offered a reasonable estimate. I called them back to get to do the job and Robert finished the job and put in a new strainer in my sink because he noticed a leak. He evened showed me how to do it myself just in case the other side started to leak to. I would call them back for any other plumbing issues and recommend them to my friends and family...thanks again!

Bitter cold weather did not deter the two men as they finished the job beyond our expectations. Kind, courteous and professional. My experience with ExpressRooter was far exceeded. After several failed attempts to find a suitable plumber (i.e. on two occassions the others I had called never even returned my call, even after talking to them to schedule an appointment) to take on a reno job I needed completed asap I finally found a certified plumbing company -with an experienced master plumber who quoted the job for a new basement bathroom drain system and rerouting of pipes to outfit laundry and bathroom with new plumbing for both existing and new fixtures. Expressrourer delivered ontime/on budget, and did so in a very professional manner. From start(calling them for a quote) to finish (completed work -delivered in two phases) they did so in 2 days over period of one work week; a snow storm delayed us one day. What amazed me the most, was that on the first day ExpressRooter had 4 guys show up to tackle a full day's work -breakup 20 sq-ft of concrete, dig up the ground to access a new sewer pipe 24" below floor, and establish new feeds for the drain connections: floor drain, new shower drain, new toilet drain, and reconnection to the existing stack. They worked hard, but I never once felt they were rushed...as they worked efficiently as a team to stay focused on the task at hand. This orgainzed delivery was further demonstrated on their second visit to complete phase two -the plumbing itself. The team of two worked in a very organized manner, the master plumber always making the decisions to architect, measure, and assemble(done to building code -there was no compromises). The assistant helped to keep a good pace, again efficient in their delivery. It was like witnessing surgery in an operating room, with tools layed out in a well organized fashion. They also had a home depot-like stock of plumbing parts in their van; they even had a rare gasket that they located in their inventory that they used to correct the water meter unit from leaking -which was missing one all this time (someone previous had made a compromise and used only teflon tape as a band-aid solution). Overall, the plumber on the job was professional, experienced, accommodating to my last minute changes, knowledgeable, and did a guality job -as it's rare to find someone who takes their work to a craft level...all I can say is that a true professional worked on my home, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Expressrooter was prompt in responding and they were execellent in describing the work that needed to by done, why it needed to be done and showing me exactly what the problem was. They also did a great job explaining the options to me. The work was completed quickly and cleanly.
