Our toilet was having drainage issues, sometimes not for two weeks, sometimes three times a day! We had Bob from Express Rooter out to service the toilet and he was excellent! He made sure he kept us up to date and in the loop, there were no hidden charges, he gave plenty of great advice to avoid problems in the future! Needless to say, I was super impressed!

Noticed that there was a leak in the pipe connecting to the water meter indoors during a holiday. Called and ExpressRooter was able to come the same day and give a free estimate before starting work. They were on site within 3 hours, right at the beginning of the time window they had offered, and gave a reasonable estimate, did the work quickly and cleanly, and left. Fast, friendly, and there's no more leak so I'd highly recommend their service.

Discovered a small leak in a pipe above our kitchen last Monday. Glad my wife saw it when she did! The next morning I called Express Rooter Plumbing. They were at our home by 10:00 AM and had the leak fixed within an hour. Very courteous, professional & reasonable. We will definitely refer them to our friends.

They arranged for someone to be at my house the following morning. Upon arrival, Vlad was professional, listened to my concerns, and then presented me with options. I felt confident in his advice. I appreciate the work he did and his commitment to treat my home as his own. In addition, he walked me through everything he did and provided me with a solid explanation of the problem. Express Rooter and Vlad were fantastic to work with! You can be confident in their work!

I have worked with Express Rooter Plumbing on a number of occasions and they have always been very professional and efficient. They have always at least met and often exceeded my expectations. And may I add, for the being the plumbing company for Holmes on Holmes, they are very affordable.

These guys were fantastic! Technicians were on time and professional, courteous and friendly. More than satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Great clean up when finished. Good prices, hard working, and will definitely recommend to others. Much appreciated.

I had a pipe burst for no reason in the middle of the night in my bathroom. I managed to get the water turned off before there was any water damage. I called several places the next morning and everybody was to busy to get to me right away till I called Express Rooter. They said they would send someone over that day. I had a neighbor of mine let them in while I went to work. I told them to just fix it no matter what the cost. I came home that afternoon it was all fixed. To my surprise, the total charges were very reasonable. They didn't leave any mess for me to clean at all. I have their magnet on my refrigerator and will call them back again.

I had extremely high water and sewage bills and did not know where to turn as Powerstream was no help in assisting their customer. I called ExpressRooter Pluming because they have been endorsed by Mike Holmes of the Holmes on Homes TV show and these guys did not disappoint. Rob the plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate immediately. There were no sales pressure tactics at all. I will 100% recommend and use these guys in the future. They are not the cheaper nor the most expensive but certainly ranks extremely high in knowledge and customer service
