I purchased a dishwasher and called Express Rooter for the installation. It was quick, affordable, and done flawlessly. Much thanks to Express Rooter Plumbing. This is my third time using Express Rooter, and they continue to impress me. Professionals. Thanks again!

Speaking for most woman, I haven’t the slightest idea of anything that has to do with plumbing. So living on my own and having my only bathroom sink clog on me first thing in the morning, was a complete nightmare! I went through the yellow pages to take a look at who I can call and who was not going to rip me off. I had Rob arrive almost immediately and before I knew it, my problem was fixed. But what was even better, my sink drained better after the repair then it did before hand. And that put quite the smile on my face. You guys are truly amazing.

This is my second time working with ExpressRooter. They arrived right on time and were extremely professional and got to work on my problem immediately. Not only did they fix the problem, they also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening in the future. They are very knowledgeable, and their prices are very fair and service technicians worked very quickly and efficiently. Gentlemen were very pleasant and very enjoyable to work with. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will call them again should the need arise.

Only after a few days I moved in my older house. My basement got flooded. I have never used a plumber before so I didn’t know what to expect and was really nervous about it. After placing the emergency call to ExpressRooter, Jason G. was at my house within 25 minutes. The leaky stack and the blocked sewer drain needed to be replaced. Jason G. took the time to explain to me all the steps they were going to do. I was given an estimate and time frame for the job on the spot. ExpressRooter’s crew was at my house on time and proceed to fix everything on ONE DAY. The crew that worked at my house was (Vasyl P, Vasyl U., Vladimir H. and Andrea G.) THANK YOU GUYS! They were done on time, on budget and they did everything they promised. My house and front yard were left clean even though they dug out several deep holes. It happened so fast. The crew was really courteous and professional. I pestered them a lot, asking them all kind of plumbing questions. They took the time to educate me and provided me with a completed plumbing inspection. Thank you Marcin! After the job was done, they helped me with the Drain Grant Application Form. They checked with me to ensure I was happy with their service. Thank you John! I’m extremely impressed by the level of organization and professionalism of this company. I’d highly recommend their service. I will call them again for any further plumbing repair or retrofit.

Exceptional, friendly service! Not knowing anything about plumbing and needing to have a toilet installed, I called Express Rooter, and I was immediately amazed at the kindness of the office staff. They looked familiar from Holmes on Holmes, so they popped to mind immediately! The work was done quickly and the plumber was friendly. I don't know how I got the fridge magnet, but when the laundry drain wouldn't drain, I decided to give them a call! The technician Jason was just great, truly delightful! He was quick and efficient, and the drain is draining properly again! Glad I gave them a call!

Express Rooter is truly an amazing company. I spent 4 days wrestling with a snake and chemicals because I'm stubborn. They came out and fixed the problem in a heartbeat. My wife is happy. That makes it possible for me to be happy, and it cost far less than the others charge. Good people, and are worth it.

I called Express Rooter after seeing their truck and noticed affiliation with Mike Holmes from Holmes on Homes. I had multiple draining issues as the draining system in our house was extremely slow. The drain technician, Rob, was very professional and did a really great job! Moving forward, I will call Express Rooter for any plumbing and drain needs as they are very honest and had great integrity.

The technician, Rob, was a very honest and direct about the issue at hand. After having a conversation with Rob were by he suggested approaches to resolving my situation, we came to an agreement and to date I am pleased with the experience. I appreciated the time Rob took to address any and every question and concern I had with the process. I am very pleased and would welcome their service any day!

So this all started with my bathroom, then my laundry room. It seemed like my plumbing problems were endless. I checked online and the first company to come up was Express Rooter. And I am very glad they were. The office staff was so professional and courteous, and sent someone out in 2 hours. Very affordable, and they plumber was a gentleman. Thanks a lot Express Rooter.
