I was planning a rather large event at my residence for the long weekend, when I realized the main bathroom toilet was backed up and overflowing. Panicked, I grabbed my plunger only to make the problem worse. My wife and I called around and many couldn’t make it until after the weekend. However, Express Rooter was at my door in less than 2 hours. They cleared the problem. I didn’t even care what the price was at that point, just didn’t wanted the problem fixed. Although it was very affordable, and was done perfectly. Thank you so much Express Rooter for helping me when in need.

2. I called Express Rooter because I was looking for a professional and honest plumber who would provide me with an honest consultation regarding the plumbing in my home. As I found out about Express Rooter thru watching Holmes on Homes, I thought to myself, Well if Mike Holmes trusts this company than I have no reason not to. The technician was thorough in his inspection of the plumbing but also took his time with answering all of my questions. He left me feeling confident and I am happy to have called Express Rooter. I will definitely be back for further work!

I had a leaky main shut off and an old lead pipe coming into the house. I usually do all my own plumbing because I am a bit of a perfectionist but digging 27+ feet of tunnel was a bit much for me to tackle after work. I figured if Mike Holmes uses these guys I would too and wow...they almost tunneled to China! There was a mountain of dirt, rock and clay in the front yard (on a tarp) and these guys got a new 3/4" copper line ran in with a new shut-off valve and everything back together in a day. You couldn't tell they were even there after! They even put the Noma solar lights back in the same place they pulled them out of. To top it off it was over 40c and humid that day but they just kept going. Good work guys. My Brita filter thanks you.

For the past 5 years, and trusting the services of 5 "professional" plumbers, we could not solve the mystery of sewer smell in our basement coming from an old (then replaced by a new)toilet. The problem was never solved by previous "professional" plumbers - by paying approximately $4-5,000 along the way, while the smell plagued my family through hot Summers and cold Winters. To deal with Marcin is a unique pleasure. He's interested in helping people first, then eliminating problems. Marcin will explain everything - every step - he's a unique pleasure to deal with. Our problem in the basement was solved this Spring, 2010, after one full day's work. We have never been happier, or more relieved, and best of all - we have Marcin to call our "friend in need". If you want the best, the professional and educated, the caring and thoughtful mannerism of Marcin - you best call on his expertise. You won't ever regret you did.

On the eve of a long weekend, ExpressRooter arrived quickly and was exceptionally helpful in fixing our plugged drain. What's more, they even helped identify and resolve issues we hadn't even realized we had.

Backed up sewage in the basement - we thought simple snake job. No such luck -- totally blocked. But where luck did come into the picture was after getting a few quotes deciding to go with Express Router. Exceptionall prompt service. Jason was not only professional but endlessly patient, explained all the options, set-up the work to commence the next day, checked back to ensure everything was done properly. Equally professional and extremely hardworking the 2 men who dug up and replaced the drain. Everyone we dealt with at ExpressRooter was great--I'm not one to write reviews but our experience with this company prompts me to sing these praises long and loud. They managed what started as a stressful experience into a quick painless job.

We live in a house built in 1920, and had intially wanted to change from an electric water heater to a gas tankless unit and called ExpressRooter for an estimate on the work to be done. Martin took the time to do a thorough inspection of our pre-existing plumbing and immediately identified several problem areas, and recommended solutions, while taking a great deal of care to explain in detail what each portion of work would entail. His patience and care with my wife and myself in walking us through what could, should, and needed to be done, was second to none. I've dealt with a wide variety of contractors and had other plumbers do work prior to this. None was as efficient or genuinely concerned with not only the work that needed to be done, but with our comfortability in moving forward with it. When the job hit its peak, his crew came in, and like the true professionals they are, did the work within the specified time while creating the least amount of disruption possible to both us and our neighbours. When they were done, they cleaned up the worksite with such diligence and perfection you'd never have even known they had been there. We currently have one more job left to do concerning the lines leading from our house, and are only waiting to coordinate with our neighbor as it affects them as well, and then will be calling Martin and ExpressRooter once more to do the work required, confident in both their extreme level of professionalism, care for their clients and their attention to detail.

I finished my basement myself, but I know my limit and plumbing is one of them so I leave it to the expert... We call ExpressRooter for an estimate and Rob came - arrived on time, very polite & clean and extremely useful.. He gave us advice of what to do... It didn't take long for us to make a decision and hire them and Rob did a fantastic job - he's very meticulous, detailed oriented and always in a good mood. Rob came a few months later to fix something else in our house and again, same experience: just awesome. ExpressRooter might not be the cheapest company, but who cares? THEY ARE THE BEST! A Toyota Yaris is a decent car, but a Mercedes will always be a Mercedes... And above all, you don't want to mess up with your plumbing... Leave it to the expert ! We just bought a new house and we will definitely call ExpressRooter again.

Rob arrived on time and strenuously worked at unplugging our toilet...we believe that a toilet paper holder got inadvertently flushed down, out of sight and out of reach. Rob returned the next day with a very efficient replacement, just before the Easter weekend! Rob was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations, as well as providing me with great practical information about how to access different areas of our pipes, so that we can clean them ourselves if need be!
