Robert was our initial service technician - he did a camera inspection of our drains and identified 2 problems. He explained the problems and gave us a quote to repair them which we accepted and arranged to have the work done. When ground water was discovered during the job, Robert called in his boss, Martin, for a consultation on how to best resolve a previously hidden but serious issue. Obviously there was another quote for extra work, once again the work and the quote was explained before we accepted. The problems were explained clearly, suggestions of how to repair them were made, and a clear summary written for our consideration. When this company undertakes a job, they do what is required, protect the property from unnecessary damage, and clear away any evidence of nuecessary soil disturbance. After 4 days of hard work by the crew we were left with 2 cement patches in the basement, new cleanouts, and peace of mind in that we know a potentiall nasty issue has been effectively dealt with. Efficency and consideration could be their motto.

The Riobel shower faucet cartridge in our recently rennovated bathroom needed replacing, even though it was less than 3 years old. Riobel sent me the new cartridge, and Rob from Express Rooter came to install it. After removing the old cartridge he discovered the new one wouldn't fit - Riobel had sent the wrong cartridge. The old one basically fell apart as he was removing it as it was a piece of crap, but not wanting to leave us without water for a 3-day weekend when we were expecting house guests, Rob diligently pieced the old one back together as best he could, saving the day. After a trip up to Riobel to pick up the correct cartridge the next Monday, I called him back to install it. This time it was the right cartridge, but Riobel didn't include one of the necessary parts, so Rob re-used the old one. Overall Rob was patient, considerate of our cirumstances, and extremely customer-focused. He did not charge us for the initial consultation, nor did he charge us for the 1+ hour visit he spent removing the old cartrige and putting it back together, which made the situation much less painful. I would without hesitation recommend Rob & Express Rooter to anyone. I would recommend Riobel to no-one.

It has taken me some time to write this email because much like many people out there I wanted to make sure that my problem was completely fixed. Not that I had a bad experience because I had an awesome experience from the time I called, the person I spoke with to book the plumber was very polite and professional. To the awesome plumber Vlad who came to my home to service our plumbing issue. Vlad was very courteous, hard working and professional. He also fixed my problem with a cracked flange, now I have the peace of mind of not having dirty water leaking into my basement ceiling. Thanks Vlad for the awesome job you did and making our problem go away.

We woke up one saturday morning and found frozen pipes in our kitchen wall and called Express Rotter for service. Their customer service was excellent and the plumber came our to our house in about 2 hours and was in and out in under 15 minutes. He hooked up a pipe thawing machine to our pipes and fixed it. He then suggested a longer term fix to our problem. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them for problems with frozen pipes.

We were very pleased with the job done in assisting in a mini-renovation of our bathroom to upgrade the plumbing. The serviceman was very professional and explained his work in simple terms. It was a good experience. Thank you.

It was a long holiday weekend, I had what seemd to be a slow pipe leak and called my regular plumbing company who said to hold off as it didn't appear to be an emergency. Next day the pipe leak became a water flow; my regular plumber did not pick up on the emergency number. Express Rooter came within 45 minutes or less, replaced the part, and did not charge emergency/weekend rates. Also endorsed by Mike Holmes. I'm switching to Express Rooter for all plumbing needs. Superb, timely, quality service.

We are renovating a 100 year old house to add a second bathroom and a basement apartment. As we looked at the state of the drains we decided to replace all of the plumbing in the house as well as the drain connection outside. We wanted to make sure the work was done roperly so we have no problems in the future. ExpressRooter is a fantastic company to work with. They finished the work promptly. The quality of work was fantastic. Adam even helped me layout the basement bathroom. This company is the definition of professionalism and quality workmanship

Just like previous reviewers, we had dirty water coming up through our basement floor when we ran the sink/flushed a toilet/or ran the washing machine. We called Express Rooter around 7:30pm and spoke with the call centre. We were told we would get a call from the tech within the hour to discuss the problem and we did. Jay called back on time - and within 40 minutes he was at our front door. Jay arrived and got to work. He stuck a camera snake down the basement pipe and identified the clog. He was able to help fix the problem in the present, and offer suggestions for the future. Great customer service, honest, and quick - honestly, it's easily the friendliest and most helpful service we've had during our home renovation process...much appreciated in a stressful moment!

I called ExpressRooter Plumbing to deal with a leaky pipe(solder joint) . Rob was in and out in no time at all. He took the time to explain the problem, what caused it, and how he would fix it. He gave me a quote up front and was done in no time at all. No mess, no mistakes, no frustration. just fast & efficient work. He was also very polite and friendly and let me ask him some general plumbing type questions about some things that were bothering me about my new homet.
