    replacement window

    very clean work. no mess after. window looks very nice. noise level has been reduced. outside the trim work very nice.

    House renovation

    From the day they started all work that was done was outstanding and great communication. They were always on time and cleaning was done after every project . They had a few good ideas and working with them was a pleasure. Thank you for a job well done and no stress

    Window replacement

    Gary will work with requirements, time and budget. Their product is very good. Excellent team. They were able adjust windows that open at the bottom to open from the top at no extra cost. Installation was fast and efficient. Being in a small town like Kingsville personalized service is what we are used to and is what I got.

    Door and 8 window replacement

    The sales agent, Kyle, gave a great presentation and explained everything thoroughly. Andre and his installation team were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Andre explained everything to us before they left and all debris was cleaned up before leaving. Overall I would highly recommend Clera Windows as they make a quality product however it may take longer to get the product than originally quoted. We have received a lot of compliments on our new door and windows.

    New windows and doors

    Clera custom builds your new windows and doors after they do 2 measures and advises you which window style best suits the shape or size of the opening. They also recommend styles for best savings. Their quality for energy savings is impressive and they are made in Ontario. They had a great promotion on and I saved on the installation costs as well as have 6 months to pay AFTER the install date. Two different neighbours of mine used Clera for their homes not once, but two different times so I know they were happy with their purchases and the service and this is what convinced me to hire them to do my work. They even build half walls to replace an old (extra) door with a new window allowing me to have more floor space while keeping the view and light entry. The trim work is all done by the installer inside and out, and looks amazing after the windows are in and makes the home look like new. They even work in the cold winter weather. I would recommend this company! I had my entire cottage done.

    Windows

    We recently had our whole upstairs of windows replaced. The branch manager Jonathan was involved from start to finish and even came by after the install to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We will certainly be using Clera Windows and Doors for the rest of our home when ready.

    Sliding door install

    My second door install with this company. Great sales rep with fabulous product knowledge suiting individual pricing and needs. Dennis was on time, pleasant and knowledegable. The install team was on time, polite and efficient. Good job!

    New windows & a new front door

    We coordinated our project with the inside Lady Riat she was very good and on top of the project. We were lead down the garden path by an over zealous sales rep that made promises but could not keep them. Rita made sure that our installation was set up and the fact that all of our windows were manufactured and the door was in. We set up a time and we were advised that the installers would be at our home at 9am on Monday February 24th. They did not arrive until closer to 10:30am. They advised us the project would take 1.5 days to complete. at completion of day 1 we wee advised that one of the installers would be at our home by 8:30 am. I called them at 10am and they were both together and on their way, The arrived at 10:30am and were in our home until 7pm and left with the job not completed. We were then advised that one of the installers would be back on Saturday March 1st at 10 to finish the job a do a cleanup of the windows that was not done by them but by my wife. The part of the installers was the only primary disappointment of this project as well as what the sales rep kept telling us were half truth that I am sure he believed but honesty was not part of his presentation. So now we have a mulititude of problems and will wait until March 1st to see if the installer arrives on time and gets the job completed.

    Windows and patio door

    I recently replaced all the windows on the main floor and second floor of my Burlington home, as well as a patio door. John is very knowledgeable about the products and helped me decide what I wanted. His communication throughout the process was really appreciated. Trevor and Richard did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves as they went. I am very impressed with the look and features of the windows, they have really improved the look of my home. I especially like the built in blinds on the patio door. I love my new windows and am so glad that I decided to go with Clera!
