Chris and Jeff were my installers they were fantastic DIV 60 from sale to install great experience.

Replacement of All Windows and Doors
I'm writing this review because they were so important to us when trying to find a company to replace all of our windows and doors. It was apparent that Clera was providing a well regarded product and people were happy with the service. They did not disappoint. From the initial consultation and quote by Adam, to the top notch installation by Ranjan and his team (Vicky & Sayan) - clean, quick and professional !!, we are very happy. The only glitch was that the two arched windows were made 2" short. They were installed on a temporary basis until new ones could be manufactured, delivered and installed within about 10 days. Landscaping improvements also underway at the time were behind schedule causing a couple of installation delays which were easily accommodated by Clera. Highly recommended.

Very Poor communication and customer service
Cant get anyone to come for warranty repair. Have had issues since April 2023. Waited 6 months for the patio doors to arrive and be installed. No communication during that time. We had to call and call to get updates. Most of the time had to leave messages tgat were never returned. After installation of 2 sets of patio doors, one set was fine, the other very stiff, never worked properly. Installer came back, made an adjustment and said we needed to let it « settle ». All calls after that were ignored. Finally got someone in in Feb. 2024. He made a few adjustments and the door was only slightly better. We contacted him at the end of April to come back. He offered a date that we had to refuse due to a prior commitment. He said he would contact us the following week. Fast forward to October 2024 still hadnt heard from him. Finally got a response from him stating that he wouldnt be in Ottawa area for a while and suggested we call the office to ask for another technician and to mention that we needed new rollers. We have been in contact with the sales rep who has also been putting us off- asking us to wait as new service tech for Ottawa ( who is actually the initial installer who said the door just needed to settle). It has been over a week and weve heard nothing! This company has no concept of customer service. They do not stand behind their product and seem to be having great difficulty with service techs. If I could give a minus 10 review I would! It is a truly frustrating and exasperating experience trying to deal with this company!

Replacement Windows
Clera Windows installed 4 replacement windows in our living room. They matched the exterior color perfectly. They gave a competitive price. Cleanup was great. Highly recommended.

Full home window replacement
We recently had all the windows in my home replaced by Clera Windows and Doors, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. This was a big project that consisted of 21 windows and I couldnt be happier with our experience. Gihan, my sales representative, was an absolute delight to work withresponsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The installation process was seamless, and although we encountered issues with a few windows, Cleras customer service was exceptional. They replaced the windows promptly, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors for their excellent service and professionalism!

From window to sliding door install
Very happy with my new sliding door, excellent service and looks great! Gihan was very responsive in providing a quote and following up on delivery timing. Andre provided excellent suggestions and guidance which made the whole experience seamless and stress free. Replacement of Entry and Patio Doors
Gihan's response to my call was quick and got the quotation right away. He reached out to me after our two week vacation and prepared the papers to secure our order.The delivery time was fast. The installation by Islam's team was very efficient and quick. I really appreciate the clean up after they had done their job. They are very respecful to us and to our dog, who surprisingly behaved well after telling him that the installers are our friends.

Window replacement throughout our home.
Super quality product. Diego and Christian did a phenomenal job installing all 55 windows, massive job. They were very considerate and accommodating when working around our family and dog during the installation. Extremely diligent and hardworking and very professional. And very mindful of cleaning up after each day. Diego & Christian have become part of our family. We wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending them. WIndows and doors
Jeff and coworkers installed 11 new windows and two doors. Their work ran smoothly, with no surprises and no disruption. They went beyond expectations in their quality and care. They knew what they were doing.
