    New storm door

    I dealt with Andrey from Clera. He handled a little problem, not of the company's doing, quickly and efficiently. The company's price was very competitive I would recommend Clera and Andrey.

    Window replacement

    Excellent service, very professional. Took three days to replace seven windows very efficiently. Made a huge difference to noise pollution and keeping the house cool.improve the appearance of the house immensely. Thanks Cera. Patricia.

    Gerald was excellent to work with despite the problems I had with the first installer. It all got done and looks really great

    Unreasonable customer services

    I want to replace my door and windows of my house and referred by my neighbor to reach out Clerawindows. I called and left voice message directly to the sales rep used by my neighbor on 6 Jul but didn't receive any feedback. Then I called the inquiry hotline on 8 and 9 Jul 3 times for my request and didn't receive any response within 24hrs by their service commitment. On 10th, the sales rep called me back to make appointment on 11th but he didn't show up by the schedule and can't be reached. Until 15th, I didn't receive any follow up call from either the sales rep and others by my request to the general inquiry hotline. I really don't know how to ask for services (quotation) from this company.

    one window & one sliding door

    Ordered one window and one sliding door for my kitchen reno in late April and was assured that they would be ready to meet my renovation schedule. Scheduling is currently behind. The jury is still out.

    Window installation

    My husband Ron and I found the staff/installers to be very friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous workers. Took the time to explain how to properly operate the windows.

    Windows

    The installation crew were fantastic. It was a great experience. We had problems regarding the rebate forms. Initially the ladies on the phone were not at all helpful. Mackenzie was great and I finally found Rita. She was fabulous! She contacted Energuy - many times - to get the matter resolved. Energy has confirmed to her that everything is done. Energuy has not contacted me to confirm that the Rebate request is being done, but I hope it is. I would NEVER deal with Energuy again! They are horrible!

    Replacement of damaged patio screen

    Unfortunately our patio screen was damaged, but Gihan was able to replace it quickly and efficiently. Thanks again for the great work

    Replacement Windows Sales and Service

    Great purchase experience with Clera Windows from initial consult to installation. Professional and well done. That said, most reviews may focus on the initial work. What also impressed me is the after-sales service. Had a problem with a crank assembly. A quick call to Rita in parts & service and was able to get a replacement w/in 24 hours. Problem Solved!
