Hi Arlene, We are sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your project. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts by many staff members from Clera we were unable to meet your expectations. Members of our management team(Ryan) personally visited your home several times to try and understand your concerns and offer solutions. We have installed everything as it’s indicated on your contract, we've also gone above and beyond to try to satisfy demands of yours that came up before, during and after installation.
