We had issues with one large single hung window on 2nd floor of house installed 7 yrs ago. The window would not stay up and the screen kept falling onto our shared driveway. Guarantee says lifetime on windows. Contacted FM Industries. Had to pay $150 + tax for them to come and repair window. Service person came and after 2 visits repaired window but extremely stiff to open - told us to get jiffy lube for window which we did - still really stiff. Said he ordered new screen. Never came. Never contacted us again. We waited months, contacted company again. Another service person contacted us. We explained situation. He said he couldn't do anything - just order the same sized screen as the order - I explained screen fell out all the time so size has to be wrong and that the window was really hard to open - finally agreed to come and look at window - never came as promised - we still have an extremely stiff window and no workable screen and we are tired of calling to get this fixed. The other windows ($11,000) we had installed have had no issues. We were happy with the windows but the guarantee is useless if they will not follow up and fix problems - we paid for a service that was never completed. issue.

Well coordinated work team. Polite and professional. When the patio door was found to be rotted through the whole bottom of the frame, they calmly put their heads together and found a way to fix it. They only charged us extra for the materials to rebuild the doorstep. I invited them back to price or advise for a couple specialty windows. Barry said he would be dropping by soon to do that.

Dennis and the installers were fantastic. I went through many different companies before deciding to use Clara because Dennis was the most honest from all the other companies that came & was more interested in providing the proper product vs making a quick sale. This is why I have called Dennis back to replace another door. So I have now used this company with Dennis as the consultant and Ranjan & Vicky as my installers 2 times and I am very happy not only with the quality of the product but because of the honesty and integrity of these guys. I have recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so. To be honest, the determining factor in going ahead with this team was that I trusted them and they really came through. Thanks again!!

Clera Windows - Division 55 - out of Barrie. My window install (8 windows) in Orillia was recently completed and I just want to say I am 150% satisfied and a very happy customer. The windows, both inside and out look great and the installers, Jessie, Dave and Chris, were simply wonderful. Not only were they very professional and meticulous but very courteous and caring “gentlemen”. They are a credit to the trade and to the Clera company. Clera's installer in Windsor, Gary Gainham, did a great job. They arrived on schedule and completed everything in one day. All work was complete and they did not leave a mess behind. When we get to the other windows in the house we will be calling Clera again.

I ordered 4 window for my new home. All the windows had been done before I purchased it last spring, except for these 4 on a front sunroom porch. The windows were leaking, old and unattractive. They detracted from an otherwise lovely and renovated home I purchased in Walkerville. I called Clera Windows of Windsor-Essex and Gary Gainham, quickly set up an appointment with me to discuss options and prices. I was very pleased with the whole process start to finish! From sales/purchase, to measurement of the windows, arranging install and the install, it has been a great process! I have a very busy family/work schedule, so Clera was very accommodating my schedule in setting up install. The install day went very well and the installers were friendly, professional, quick and tidy. They cleaned up so when finished you would never no they had been here, except for the new windows! I am beyond pleased with my new windows, and the curb appeal of my house has gone from gross windows being all you see to gorgeous! Thank you Clera Windows for the improvements to our home!

Got a quote from Steve from Clera Windows, nice and easy to deal with. Windows were late to be installed, supposed to be in early October, but ended up being in November. Front door has stained glass insert and it is uneven. I understand that it is made by hand, but other people with stained glass inserts, look straight, not visibly uneven. They will not replace the glass, or compensate me - so that is why I am giving a low score. Very slow at getting back to you as well.

From the first contact with Greg and John to the staff of installers, our installation was professional and pleasant. No question went unanswered. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. The exterior looks great and it’s much quieter inside. Highly recommend!
