    Windows and Doors

    The installation and quality of the windows and doors was excellent but the cost breakdown for each window and door was not provided. The salesman (Dennis) even when asked would only provide a total cost for the windows or doors and since we liked the installers work we were forced to use this salesman.

    Window installation

    Removal, installation and clean up was very well done. Jake & Don are friendly, courteous and professional. A job well done! Thanks guys

    10 windows and sills

    High quality windows. Great workmanship. Great installers. Almost no touch up to interior paint. On schedule. Job looks really sharp. A tradesman asked for the company contact details the day after installation!

    Renovation

    Update: customer service at Clera telephoned me right away and is going to work hard to rectify the issue and is willing to help since my previous review. Will post updates.

    3yr old window and screen warped

    after 3 wks waiting for service writing a review worked Vp called and said no charge for service and screen that was warped was replaced within 4 days. Window looked warped but it was an ill fitted screen that needed fixing .I was asked to change my review which I did but the low rating was b/c I was asked to change it Had I received service without writing A bad review the rating would have been higher

    Great product just a glitch in service

    Have installed Clera windows in our entire house gradually so Had the last 2 large casement windows and some capping done This past August, it's now mid Oct and the screens are not tight, tried to reach sales person and got very rude person on phone, absolutely rude when I called. No one has contacted Us as of yet Oct 16th, then on the 18th finally installer came and fixed Our screens!!' Then the salesman came to apologize about the Mix up so all is OK and will recommend Clera as the product is Very good. Thanks Clera Windows for acting on a professional Manor. Well well, all of a sudden a day after posting the installer came Unannounced and fixed our screens!!! He is very polite and Professional unlike the sales person

    Still waiting

    windows and doors installed and all 3 doors are having issues.They all freeze up and on 2 occasions we had difficulty getting out.Im still waiting after over a month for someone to come and fix/change our doors.They either ignore you or respond that someone will come and rectify the situation and that someone never comes.

    Sliding glass door

    I ordered this product on June 6, 2017 and as of today -October 13- it still has not been delivered and installed. The local representative has been grossly ineffectual and the Customer Service Manager at the head office must be doing his Stephen Harper impression (hiding in his closet) and refuses to take or return my calls. Just crickets so far with no explanation. Bush league here folks. Beware *UPDATE* I was contacted today by the Vice-President who offered his apologies and a tentative installation date of Nov. 1. I am pleased with his response which was both professional and sincere. There's obviously still some work to do, I will judge the company by how it performs from here to completion. I'm unaccustomed to writing bad reviews. I usually only write favourable ones or nothing at all, and I'm hoping that I can amend this one when the job is finished

    Windows

    Fantastic experience! From the sales with Alan to installation with Paul and Ray. All were professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. We start only doing 1/2 the windows in the house and we're so thrilled with look and quality that we had the rest done. They look great, work well and bring a whole new look to our house. We would highly recommend Clera windows. Thank you Alan, Paul and Ray.
